I do not think you need another gold making building. ark knight by themselves are more than enough to help you conquer everything. Beside, this is an idle game, have a bit of patience X_X.

after reset i have the problem, that i have too much troops/army power compared to my gold. and i already did spend more money on my gold buildings than on troop buildings.
ive got 5 times the army power and the troops to conquer the next country - but i dont have the gold. conquering shoul use more troops and army power and less gold. i can use my gold elsewhere. but i cant do that with troops.

barracks, arena and castle are completely useless. i have enough troops and power due to cathedral, but have not enough money to occupy countries.
Dark Knights increase profits by far. Design choice for my game was to make you decide if you want to blow all resources every second you can, or let the resources build up a bit so you can have enough to conquer a country. However in the next update Cathedral is having its troop building powers removed in favor of making it another gold structure and will have its production speed made faster as a result. ~Taiga

@ ike reset after at least 10 to 30k dark knights on first reset then power will increase quite a bit. short answer dark knights are the solution.

If anyone is still having a problem with Unity, I just reinstalled it and I can play all the Unity games again.
This has to be a nightmare for the devs.
Well every time someone says they have a problem with my game I get a panic trigger alert because I have a responsibility to make sure this game is playable at all times. When Unity messes things up it on their end, it makes me feel completely helpless and people blame the devs before they blame Unity. So that's really the problem here but learning Flash just to make browser games would not be entirely beneficial to my future and would not be time well spent as a game developer so I'm stuck with Unity at least for browser game making. ~Taiga

Um. I can not play? It requires Unity 4.6 which apparently hasn't been released or something, since I seem to be stuck at 4.5. Halp?
The only actual updating that happened was Unity updating their web player. I do not know how you could have lost your progress but we recommend using the export and saving the code it gives you to a notepad so you can import it in and restore your data. There is a VERY rare chance of progress loss occurring if Unity web player crashes while our game is in the middle of saving your data, however. Which is completely outside of my control which is why the export is so important. ~Taiga

Even with only 17 and a half units on the opposing army, they are still able to kill thousands upon thousands of your troops before you slay them. I propose that their entire armies are just mannequins, and there are only 17 and a half units that can actually fight, and these individuals are the greatest soldiers to ever live. And you just keep killing them.
Well it's an idle game and I sorta didn't gave up trying to keep it 'realistic' considering that the longer you leave it on the more you're going to have anyways making it absolutely impossible to keep a realistic total. If I added a maximum troop number and greatly slowed down troop growth the comments would have filled up with complaints. Guess at some point with video games, it's best to toss realism out the door. ~Taiga

These army sizes are absolutely incredible. The largest army in the modern world on Earth is the People's Republic of China, with 2,285,000 people. The largest known army was probably the Red Army in 1945, with about 12,500,000 people. People in this game, on an absolutely tiny Grey Archipelago, have over 336 million units in their army. These people must actually be ants, fighting for control over ant hills!

I think it would be helpful if when you use x50 buy you can not get it until you have the amount for it not as soon as you can get one of the item
I will not be doing that as the buy x buttons were created for mere cosmetic convenience. You choose how many you want to buy and buy it. Whether or not you get the full amount seems irrelevant plus you can verify the total to buy with your current gold and can watch how many go up in the toolbar showing you the total built. I have a game that people are 'beating' and there's nothing for them to do after, I find that a lot more important to work on than OCD cosmetics. ~Taiga

Apparently there is no ending. When you conquer the last territory, she simply says that we're "one step closer to world conquest" and nothing happens.
Don't worry, we really are working on making the conquering very rewarding and the Queen's dialogue will be reworked to create a story of sorts as you conquer things. The game is 'complete' in a sense of it being like all other idles you just get more resources and repeat the processes to see how much you can get, but we aren't leaving it like this and will be taking it much farther. I'm interested in how many people are actually lagging in my game. http://gyazo.com/ff2d0617d73612409be27cae16bf7be1 these are the reports usages on my game screen in the economy panel with all buildings bought. It's no where even close to the 3d game I made Plushie Assault. I think that Unity's GUI system in 4.6 uses a lot of video power, but I could be wrong too? I experienced a bit of lag in a couple other unity idle games using Unity but my game does not lag me in anywhere I can notice. ~Taiga
To be honest, we weren't even going to give the queen a name cuz we didn't know how much players would care about her lol. Now we have a really good idea on what direction to take this game and you can be 100% sure conquering countries will be rewarding and fun when I am done ;) trust me! ~Taiga

For a future update would be nice to see the conquered territories go to the end of the list, so we don't need to scroll to conquer the other ones.
I can see where this would be a concern. It may be really hard to do due to the nature of my code. You can click on the scroll bar and pretty much mouse down instantly or as fast as you want at that point. Alternatively I do plan to make the scroll bars more sensitive. They were really slow only because of a bug in the beta version of Unity that was fixed with the rc version.
I will think about how to go about 'sorting' the countries though I'm not sure it can be done really easily meaning if it I do do it, it'll be last on the list. Thank you for playing :) ~Taiga

Yep, I downloaded unity 3 times. tried 2 times while disabling it then I uninstalled and installed again. all = same result. Let's wait a little longer
Ugh this annoys me so much. I mean you aren't annoying me but Unity is annoying me. Have you tried using another browser? I am also curious if this happens on other Unity games or just ours? What are your system specs at? I will try to do some research and see what I can come up with it's just nobody is talking about it when I Google regarding the issue >_> ~Taiga

I don't know if this has been suggested but a cumulative input counter on the map showing gold and troop income/s of all conquered territories would be sweet.
It's actually already implemented in the update that I am testing right now. I agree, it is pretty sweet seeing the combined total given to you by the countries :) ~Taiga

It's a multiple of the base values. Farm's base value is 1.5 so you times 1.5 by your multiplier. There's a Kingdom Overview screen coming out soon that will make this easy to follow. ~Taiga

I was having a problem running the game (or even loading the page at all), but going to Unity and manually reinstalling the webplayer fixed it.
The fact you had to inconvenience yourself to do that instead of Unity automatically fixing its own stuff for you is pretty bad. This is my first game I built and am not really happy with Unity's platform at least for web player games seeing as inconveniencing our gamers is bad news for developers. I'll continue to do my best to keep all of you guys informed so at least you aren't twiddling your thumbs wondering what's going on. ~Taiga

Its cool how the in-game cursor can go outside the game screen; really cool effect. Nice game. 5/5. Would do 7/5 if there can be.
No but gains from conquered countries do not factor into offline mode so that might be why so many people think offline progress is 'slower' but it's really just conquered countries are making a bigger different than people think. They won't factor into offline mode either because I'm not sticking with the current system. The new system, they will. ~Taiga
Lol please excuse the toggle buttons. Unity released a new webplayer update that kinda broke the visual of the checkmark. I haven't fixed it yet cuz I had more important things to do but it'll be fixed soon enough :P ~Taiga

Re: cursor -- I was going to take a SS, but Unity screwed the pooch (again). My sword appears to be 3x (larger?) that the system cursor -- the issue isn't a huge deal; I adapted. :)

Okay that would be an issue that I need to create a rush fix for then. I will add an options button that will allow you to switch to normal mouse cursor. Sorry about that, we didn't have access to older computers for game testing purposes and I am just now hearing about this issue. ~Taiga

Another suggestion: When purchasing in Buy10/Buy 50/Buy 100, could the upgrade "Cost" show in red until the players has saved enough to make the purchase?
Those things were added only as a convenience so players could spend only a desired amount and not have to click a hundred times or buy everything in one go. I do not think I will be taking them any further. ~Taiga
That is a 'maybe'. I have the code setup to show the display cycle but I need a new save object class in order to effectively use it then I have to do extensive testing to make 100% (not 99.9%) sure that nobody is going to lose their data over it. I've opted for displaying how many seconds a total cycle takes on an object in the kingdom overview screen but I don't see much of a point of giving you a countdown when you already have a bar indicating time. Don't really like the idea of more UI clutter and 'things' for me to do that slow down future content. We will see what happens when I get more of the game's promised content done and then I may add little things like this. ~Taiga

could you add more conquering countries i am at the point in the game where in probably one day ill have conquered every country
Lots of content will come before we considering adding new conquered countries. We will be expanding the interaction with Catherine drastically, adding things for you to do inside conquered countries (Mostly putting troops in them in order to increase gains) and we already have a nice, clean and neat statistical view for all your number needs. In the meantime, keep building up your knights! <3 Taiga
