There are a lot of little problems (and a couple big glitches, like occasionally the character is completely unable to move. Even after saving, quitting, and reloading the game) but the big picture is probably the best gaming depiction of the zombie genre ever. Everything from traversing the city, the RPG elements, perfect. I don't think side-scrolling is necessarily the best format for such a game (top-down view may have been better) but for a flash game, this is incredible.

Great game! 5/5 LOL, after about 5 near heart attacks from zombies falling through the roof, I decided to turn the sound off.

My companion went down and it won't let me save him.. He just keeps crying out for help and it tells me he'll die if I leave, but hitting 'G' does nothing.

Im going to be honest, It a fabulous game! It was the best zombie flash game I´ve ever played, you level up? nice!, you can get thousands of weapons?! AWESOME!, WHAT?! YOU CAN HAVE A GUNMATE?! FU** YEAH!!!!

Just an advice dont pick up every weapon you find! Just pick up I dont know.... A pistol, a sub-machinegun, a shotgun, and a rifle ´cause when you´re being overruned by zombies sometimes you start to think "Damn I wish I have a shotgun" Trust me!

I believe a really good idea for the next one, and i know your going to make more because all three of these games are awesome, is to make it multiplayer. And by that i dont mean against each other, but i mean you can team up with other people and go do certain missions or levels. Or you can just hold off against waves of zombies camped at a position with other people. Sort of like zombies on xbox, however it would be very successful with this game. Just an idea + if you like it so developer can take this into consideration for the next one.

i was hoping to see the story of last stand 1 and 2 continued. this sidescrolling is nice and everything but not the kind of gameplay i expected. Had tons of that in ZSMD...
also, not only is it annoying when your headphones explode because zombies are bursting out of the ceiling, but the house will even repair itself if you once go to an adjacent room and back. litte strange, why would the zombies care repairing it AFTER they burst through and you put them to rest :D

This is really similar to Fallout 3 and New Vegas. That said, it worked for those games, so why shouldn't it work now? The controls are good (though I reflexly press A way too much), the weight system stops you from becoming a demigod (one problem with fallout was health had no weight) and the system is such that early on melee is better and later guns are more effective. Nicely balanced.

i hate it when i have the volume up high so i can hear when i pick the lock and then when I'm done zombies come through the roof, that noise gets me every time! :D 5/5 great game

Lame! I knew I was going into a tough room so I saved the game... I went in and my teammates died so I quit WITHOUT saving. ... When I load the game my teammates are dead, along with their unique weapons... This is why I HATE auto-save. @#(*$

*Sigh* Doesn't seem like I'll be able to finish this regretfully... between losing my companion to that hold glitch I seem to be getting and apparently losing my ability to walk while shooting as well, I can't really do anything anymore... still I like this game so 5/5.

i found a thing that is called undefined it gives me unlimited space conartists you need to fix that it ruined the game for me it gave me all of the keys and weapons so please fix that so i can play the game fair

I keep getting glitched... after a zombie grabs me and I break free I end up unable to shoot or attack in any way until I leave the area... my companion just died and basically screwed me over due to this... feels bad man.
