Tip: always give your companion a sub-machine gun or a assult rifle so when you get jumped by lots of zombies your companion will help you out alot and also give him your 2nd best sub-machine gun/assult rifle or give your companion a sniper rifle so he can shoot multiple zombies at once

Would have been a 4-5, but sadly this game seems to have a special relationship with lag. Plus, it wouldn't let me save my injured companion whatever I tried, until I got sluggeg by 20+ zombies falling on my head from the ceiling (for the 3rd time). So I gave it a 2.

If you cant save companion, you just have to save the game before proceeding to the next room. Then exit the game and after that you go to the saved game and your companion is still there. At least, that works for me.

The first time the zombies broke through the ceiling scared the living S**T out of me O.O I'm sooo glad I'm not playing in a dark room with headphones... XP

Also, if you play a female character, when you talk to the NPC Barry Wilmott in the Stadium... he refers to your husband as her/she in quest dialogue. lol.

So that 4000+ voted comment about G for Save Companion dates back to October, but it's still broken... awesome. It's a shame such a good game isn't being bugfixed. I got one of those "warning alarm sounds" of an impending zombie horde, had hit E to enter a new area right as it happened, and they all followed through to the other side... and proceeded to gangrape Hank. And I can't save him. gg.

Finished game: So I kill 1700 zombies. One more shouldn't be too hard... If only I hadn't used all my ammo killing that infinite horde on the bridge...

Other then that glitch that has gotten me killed 8x now, I give this 5/5 it's really awesome for a Kongregate game....I would definitely would buy this if it were on XBLA or PSN or Steam. :D

I started the game (realistic, even though it's my first time) and knowing RPGs I put as many points into future developments as possible by maxing search, smarts, and intellegence at the cost of combat abilities which I feel I can compensate for with my mad skills. I start the game and equip the pistol, sneak up to the zombies, line up a headshot *click* gun isn't loaded zeds run at me and my massive ego is punctured. Seriously though, nice job not loading the starting gun, really gives the feeling you are not exactly a expert in firearms.

@NuclearPopcorn: Press W to lift the lock. As soon you hear the click, hit D. Now the first one is done and you are now standing on the second one. Rinse and repeat.

quick tip: since you can't rescue partners anymore (with the exception of the method of saving and quitting while your partner is down) remember that he won't drop his weapon.

Glitch prevents me from enjoying this game because no matter what my character will start walking randomly left or right while im holding down no keys, and sometimes it wont let me walk. My keyboard's fine and works for everything so it's not that.

The weirdest thing about this game: Ok So on survival its harder to find food and ammo right? How come i find lots of food and ammo?

if you companion falls down, save and quit and then continue for them to get back up. hopefully this will help with all the I CANT HELP HER UP OMGGFFFAJDKSJHSFGA comments ._.
