This game started off really good for me, but past a certain point it made an unbelievable mess-up. It glitched, freezing me in place while a runner zombie wielding a hammer happily sent my companion and I on our way to zombie buffet. When I revived on the spot, my companion had disappeared, leaving me to play on solo. The game also had tons of instances where it spiked and saved my commands to unleash in one big swoop - I was dying, hit tab to bring up the inventory to use a heal, and after having it not respond I hit it a few more times. I died, and the moment right after I died the tabs registered. Good game, but the bugs really killed it for me.

More weirdness: Finding pipes in trees and cash in trash cans. Zombie falling through the ceiling to attack me, but it's a one story house. Go outsiside then back in, and the hole in the ceiling is fixed. Some zombies have longer reach than me with a machete: there's a certain spot I stand in sometimes where I can't hit them, but they can hit me. Long weapons like hockey sticks don't appear to have any better range than short weapons like kitchen knives: I can swing the stick so that it's going completely through a zombie and coming out the other side, but it never hits until I get into knife range.

@deli_conker, wouldn't a longer barrel, causing better accuracy lead to better damage as you are able to hit better? don't be so jewish

its really really fustrating when you characte dont allo you to move in the direction you want as it keep moving in a one direction fix this and itl be a very good game but due to the fustration it gets a really bad rating

Likable, but quirky. Melee attacks sometimes go visibly through a zombie several times until the zombie turns and notices you, and only then can hit. It's odd that we have to get quest keys to open some doors, but can pick the locks on others. And when the lock is on something like a residential door that's basically made out of heavy cardboard, the "riskiness" of breaking the lock seems contrived. Some things about the interface are awkward, and the "press e" to change areas choice is especially so. Still, this is probably best candidate for weekly winner. Just kind of rough in some places.

i'd be nice if the game was longer and maybe add features like trading the stuff u r picking up. and it'll be way cooler if "run and gun mode" would be just scavenging and getting ammo and new weapons instead of missions...instead of the missions maybe you can explore the whole city...
but the game is awesome! i already played through both survivor and run and gun on other websites xD

this game compared to the others is off the charts, i personally like that fact that you can actualy walk around in this game, wish it was longer but its very good. I personally am a giant fan of zombie games, and this is in the top 10. Hop you guys come out with some more. There are some bugs, or glitchs im not sure what you call em now-a-days but overallly I would say this game is like a 4.5/5

My only gripe is that the weapons are just silly. C'mon, a 9mm is a 9mm and will do the same damage at the same range with the same ammo type. Barrel length will affect accuracy and effective range, but not damage.

In my opinion the Run and Gun sucks dick. I have low health, Zombies break in the roof, I go through a door and in an instant they break through that roof too? Bullshit. Died too many times from that.

Awsome game and love seeing another in the series. But I am wondering why it lags sooo much. For me it even lags when all zombies are dead and I just want to move right across screen. Lots of background processing going on?

if i press "D" when zombie is eating me the game gets bugged and i cant control my character. then i die. Everytime.. pls fix this..

Hi, my name is bob, glad to see you survived. We must be some of the only ones. If you get me a weapon I will be your companion. Me: why sure Bob, here you go. Now lets get the hell out of here. Bob: no,you other companion, lisa, I want her sent away, because with three of us, the zombies wont kill us. here, toss he inr this glass case, i will signal zombies.

a random surge of zombies (when u hear the sound)... just popped up at the exact moment i changed map... results?.. a dead companion, due to him standing at map entrance, and 20-30 zombies in the same spot, no chanse for knockback or standing between u and ur partner to take the damage... yupp yupp.. great fun... he just died but seeing the other comments on how hard this is going to be... makes me sad T_T...
been very careful whole game, standing between him and zombies, he had a rly nice weapon etc... what did that help when random wave encounters at the exact moment u enter a map/part of town

Please fix the companion "issue"... i really hate that when my companion dies 15 levels into the game, my only chance of getting him/her back, is by restarting :S That really ruins the game for me.

A tip that works for me if I get killed before my partner: Instead of opting to start over, refresh your browser, and just continue your game. Your partner is there waiting for you.
Saving often also helps.
Great game. I am struggling a bit from time to time, but overall, I love it.

Performance lag is INCREDIBLY annoying! Espcially when travelling the map, makes it damn near impossible to scroll the map to the desired destination. And, yes, I've turned off sound and all visual options are at the lowest settings too.

the game is epicly awesome which is exacly what I expected from ConArtists but I even if I play it with minimum specs it will still lag like crazy when a swarm of zombies is around me..Is this going to be fixed with an update or could it be my own problem?
