I was in the hospital and a I killed some zombie and he dropped a AK47 who brings a AK to the hospital did he think "I'm going to the hospital might as well bring my AK47."and how did that get pass security anyways?

Last Stand Union City Logic: Never Give your Katana,Axe,knife,sword,claymore or anything that is melee to your companion he/she will think they're awesome and that they can withstand anything. (TIP:GIVE THEM STRONG SHOTGUNS)

It never lets me revive my companion, they are on the ground and the instructions say to press "G" it doesnt work. Am i missing something?
