i like this one because ConArtist took a huge risk and pretty much succeed on all levels. all though the graphics arent as good, the game is still great, but too short

needs multiplayer (and it would be like day-z!!! ....) + its not as good as last stand 2.... If they did the 3rd like last stand 2 + multiplayer i wouldn't stop playing

one day i just started the game and it was laggy as hell,i thought it was my internet,then went to cousin's house,there was laggy too,went to friend's house.... LAG! why does is lag when i pick up an item,and go in some place... WHY?? :(

Whenever I change the screen (including opening up containers and opening my inventory), the game stops going for between ten and thirty seconds. As far as I can tell, this is caused solely by the fact that the game saves your inventory EVERY time anything changes in the slightest. I do not have a very large inventory, and this didn't happen last time I played this game. This, along with the "Unable to rescue fallen companions" bug, suggests that a recent patch completely bugged out the game. Hopefully this gets fixed.
Aside from these two bugs, I must say, thanks for all the great games, Con Artist!

Awesome glitch right at the end of the pier. Game freezes up. Upon save/quit then reload, screen is black with red "damage" haze all over. At inventory screen health is NaN/NaN and stamina is NaN/undefined. Best time ever for the worst possible foul up.

And if I need to press tab to heal it gets queued so I might die waiting for it to finish the queue of swinging before opening tab. Menu screens should open instantaneously no matter what, and there should be no queue, in fact I'd prefer to not have to click multiple times at all, the game already factors in the time it takes to swing (or fire and reload) so holding the mouse button should be automatic, and letting go should instantly stop attacking (when the current action finishes) most pay games do this already.

I also really hate that the game queues my actions. As I said before it doesn't lag, if I click it attacks immediately, but it takes time to swing my battle axe so if I rapid click 5 or 10 times it will swing the amount of times I clicked after it finishes the swinging animation. (so, I can rapid click a while then sit there and wait, which isn't useful because I can't predict when the enemies are going to all be dead, especially when they're dropping continually from the ceiling, I wouldn't want him to stop swinging too soon and get torn apart, but swinging after they're dead is annoying too)

@madkillerdog I said he's not shooting it period. He sits there and reloads over and over without firing. I'm not stupid enough to not notice travel time, I can't imagine anyone would be.

Another glitch, I gave my minion a grenade launcher, which is extremely effective, but he almost never fires it. It depends on the room I'm in, some rooms he'll fire once in awhile, only on large groups that are far away and only if he feels like it, and other times I'll enter a room and a group will fall down and he'll sit there and reload over and over and not fire even once. On rare occasions he'll actually fire properly (shoot, reload, shoot, whenever he sees an enemy, though he often misses still if there aren't a lot of them).

Good game so far, I think the lock pick thing isn't very good though. 9 times out of 10 the game ignores me when I press "D" and of course if I press it multiple times it will either acknowledge it the 3rd or 4th time I press it which is after the right spot, or it will do it after it goes to the next pin which will restart me. This is not lag, and I've used multiple keyboards, its a problem with the games programming. There's other little bugs like this that I've noticed. Like during walking the crosshair wont move on the screen when moving the mouse, so I constantly have to stop to attack or look around for objects I can inspect. Again, this is not lag, the game doesn't lag, it just does buggy annoying shit. I can still click the mouse to attack while walking (and it does not lag, it attacks immediately) I just can't move my aim so it only helps if the enemy walks into my blade.

I found a way to fix it (software reset keyboard inputs) and it works now. I'd simply delete my previous comment instead of wasting my time typing a new comment but Kongregate is still living in 2005 and doesn't have that option.

do certain clothes increase your protection from certain things? if they do could you add an armor meter to help us know?

I don't get my character's problem. Seriously. Zombies everywhere, the wife is locked up in a cage. A damn CAGE. That should be a sure sign something is wrong. But no, he loves his wife, even though she cheated on me with Mike. He unlocks the cage, and kills military personnel to get to a dock. Which then he dies on the boat because she's a zombie.

Okay, I am in the seweres underneath the HERC camp and a hoard of zombies manage to get a freaking jackhammer and drill through the concrete! Last time I checked, zombies weren't competent enough to have the know-how to use deconstruction tools :(.

Is anyone else having issues with character lag? For me, the framerate is perfect, but occasionally It'll be impossible to control my character. Mouse and controls alike will lag like hell until they're gone...
