The Chrome error is due to not allowing Cookies to be set. The game uses local storage to store some settings. Not allowing cookies / local data does not allow it to proceed past the loading screen. Here are the detailed steps to resolve the issue:
Option 1: allow cookies
Click on the Chrome menu on the top-right > Go to Settings > Click on the "Show advanced settings..." at the bottom of the page > Under Privacy, click on the "Content Settings" button > Make sure that "Cookies" is set to "Allow local data to be set (recommended)."
Option 2: set exceptions for Kong
Or if you don't wish to change your cookies settings, you can set an exception for Kongregate by going to "Manage Exceptions" and add the below under Hostname pattern:
[*.]kongregate.com
[*.]konggames.com
and make sure Behavior is set to Allow. Click on Done.

It seems newer versions of Chrome are having issues with the game. If it doesn't work in Chrome for you, please try using it in Firefox for the time being. In the meantime we are working with the game tool developers to resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
