A "chest" feature would be nice. a place to store all your good items for other classes and races.
beside that its sad its only Necklace and rings where the stats follows when you upgrade. like int and str and luck.
would be nice if they also got increased just a bit. dont make it 100% like on rings.
but the fact u can find an armor with 1def 1 prot thats better than one with 10 prod and 10 def just because of extra stats is a little off if u ask me.
ive been playing this game for like 14 hours now and its great.

Solid game, developer who listens to feedback and very compelling loot mechanics. Definitely need more of these games on Kongregate.

Nice work! This may be the best implementation of this type of game available. Two comments:
1) I think the blacksmithing code needs to be looked at. I will get "You get Suit +0" or "You get Suit +7" three or more times in a row. Instead of just returning a true or false and either: deleting item, promoting item, or reducing to 0 I think it is calculating, keep item the same, delete item, promote item, or reduce to 0.
2) The mouse listeners are wonky, maybe removing them and just having simple sliders would make the view easier for the user.
I hope you improve this game and build many more.

is there a guide? there's some stuff that confuses me, like Prot. Ignore? Is that like protection penetration? it's fun though, woot woot for the dev!

I think item crafting must be simplier- whenihave blacksmithing 1lvl Ican craft items to lvl7 without breaking and it's so annoying to craft it like a thousand times until I reach unbreakable limit. I think skill must have 100% chanse 'till the limit.

very nice gameplay and layout. only suggestions to expand number of item types available and skills (different armours and weapon types etc.) will really increase the amount of unique classes we can build and keep the playing time up.

I'm curious about the loot kept button, and perhaps you could clear something up and update the instructions box. Does 'Loot Kept' cause you to ignore unmarked loot levels, or autosell them?

Perhaps along with the "Loot in Current Map" section, there could be a "Monsters killed" and a "Number of Deaths" stat, so we can track how many times we have won/lost. It would make it a lot easier to get a feel for how ready your character is for the next map.

Okay I just spend 80 000 gold on a helm in the "gamble" shop only to get a 4 def 4 prot helmet with +1 defence. The "gamble" section is a JOKE, and a really insulting one at that.

There is no action at all in this game... As a gamer, I don't want to see scripts run all day long which tells a really lame storyboard of a hero with my name... Be more animative next time, and less scripter

Melee is so overpowered. Maybe it's just early game but my bow/crossbow guy is so weak compared to just using melee and counterattack.

Nice little idle game, well done with a very good interface that doesn't leave people hunting for information. I'd just like to note that the mouseover for Luck has more text than is displayed in the mouseover and that there's no mouseover information for AP (particularly how and when you gain them)

Upgraded my rating from 4 to 5 because you are incredibly responsive to the suggestions of your players. For a free game with no premium content that is truly commendable, and other game makers would do well to emulate your work ethic.

Would it be possible to restrict some of the more powerful monster titles from the newbie areas? Having Ancient monsters and Merc monsters in higher areas is great because we've had a chance to gear up and get skills but for newbies it just means a long, boring fight that they're going to lose, especially against Tanker enemies.

Also, I think some past-lives carry-over in terms of stats would be good. If you give, say, 20% of the past life's stats, so you level up to 100 and then rebirth, your new life would have 20% of your level 100's stats. Go to level 100 again, and rebirth, and the first life which had boosted the second life's stats by 20% will only boost the third life by 20% of 20%, or 4%. Or something to that effect, because it would make creating a life more interesting if you compound the various race's upsides with another races, for instance combining an undead's will, a dwarfs luck, and then a giant's strength, which makes your age selection more interesting. And perhaps, small permanent boosts.
