Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. This just sucks. Player wins every time and sometimes computer doesn't even use it's turn.

I tend to like these types of games but. The AI is a little...how do I say this...oblivious at some points of the game. I can clearly make three in a row without any trouble what so ever.
