Is it possible that we can get the "Political Party Proportions in Congress" chart to reflect Monthly Active players? If it's reflecting "total players," around which 3% were active this month and most are CT1s who played for a day, it's not really helpful to players to determine how big the parties really are.
It has zero value and shouldn't even show in the list, so it is very intended that POST spoofing to pick non-selectable options will produce that message.

Q the campaign contributions section is constantly full of conservative or libertarian bills, possibly because there are so many and so few people who will take them up. Can you make it so that the appearance of campaign contributions is weighted equally, even if one party has fewer bills? The liberals end up with a lot fewer options.
Why would I do that? If most of the offers are for one party, it means it's an underrepresented party. Reroll as that party next time if you want more offers available. The reason you have less choices is that there are far more Liberal/Socialist players. There has to be some downside to being in the bigger parties.

I remember times when the country was at it's best. Stalkers beside, the health improvement is NEGATIVE. We really need to change this. How does a conservative introduce health bills? Because I see no means for me to actually even try and change this.
Just because you don't have any bills that obviously improve public health doesn't mean none of them do. Additionally: you can introduce off-party bills via campaign contributions and support off-party bills. At the cost of CSP, obviously.

Oh, server bouncing was the problem, could i get the clout back on those binaries then? I really didn't even get a chance to play on them.

I introduced a few binaries while the red message was there, when the red message went away the bills were killed in committee and i didn't have my clout back.
That's quite impossible for a variety of reasons. I think you're remembering something incorrectly. edit: I just remembered: you were one of the people bouncing between servers, so that's the answer in your case.

Many of the bills introduced during the interim of the server move persisted through, though: the armistices against russia, china, saudi; the declare wars against iran, venezuela, india; these all failed one way or another. I'm not certain whether the green win bill was introduced before or after, but considering that DarkMage did get credit for introducing it (in the achievements page) it's a little strange that the bill vanished.
I'm quite sure the people claiming this are just remembering wrong/weren't always resolving to the old server. There's literally no way that database information could have gotten from one server to another. I took a backup of the old server when I put in the red message, and loaded it onto the new server. I haven't so much as logged into the old server since.

Secondly, the CT1's name was notanalt19, and he does not actually have the Going For Gold achievement...probably because the blue win bill he dropped wasn't legitimate.

I introduced a (green) Win Bill and it vanished without a trace - it was not killed at all (no messages), it simply vanished. The achievement is there as a proof I introduced it:

FYI, Looks like Messages in the Status area aren't displaying new messages correctly. I did 'Envoke Founding Fathers' and got an alert there was a new message (like normal). But when I go to view it, it isn't there.

Did it ever occur to you that you're helping them by posting stuff like this? Because you are. It's pretty obvious when 1 or 2 people report something about a major gameplay feature that isn't actually happening to everyone. If something isn't happening to everyone, it's not actually a bug.
