i'm curious what happens when foreign country leader gets assasinated, wheter it would be led by "no one in particular"like egypt or get some random poltician of that country promoted,.
great game
Because there are drawbacks to voting for astronomical salaries for yourself. This will cause the nation's happiness to go down and debt to increase. That will cause your constituents to get angry with you. When your constituents get angry with you, you lose your next election and your character along with it. Which makes the extra money you had for a while kind of a moot point.

I realized I didn't like my first character since I made it in a hurry and suicided and remade. Then I get this Hacking the game is bad, mmmkay?. No clue what I did lol

"If there was something that gave energy and didn't cause a scandal, it would massively unbalance the game unless it was super expensive (which makes no sense for coffee)."
What about golden coffee with real gold!

Great game, love how delosford always responds to our comments, even the stupid ones. For campaign contributions, after the bill gets passed, i am not getting the second half of money i was promised. Is it bug or something?
You get money for campaign contributions when your bill actually goes into effect, not when you pass it. Bills go into effect at the end of each day. The reason why this also pays out contributions is due to the possibility of a veto. If your bill gets vetoed, you'll have to pass it again before you get the money.

Though it may be part of the game, having a large portion of the "old players" conspire to lower the salaries to nothing is counter productive to the games player base. Understandable they'd want to keep the power to themselves but this is getting out of hand. "Won't somebody think of the children!?"
I'm not sure why you're telling me? I didn't tell them to do it. There are also a lot more of you than there are of them. So you can probably do something about it if you'd like.
Drugs are the only way. This is intentional since it creates a separation between casual and active play where the latter incurs more PvP interaction and risk.

@Lukax96: because this game is supposed to be a representation of the American system and in America they are mostly Christian.
Our politicians are disproportionately Christian when compared to the population at large by a rather huge margin. Well, I should say they claim to be Christian.

Thanks for answering to my message, i think that you responding to every comment creates a kind of bond with the players and you 5/5 :)
It definitely seems to be something people like about the game. Part of what's helped me improve Clout is all the comments/reports/etc from players over the years, so it seems like it's good for everyone when I interact with the players.
It's a negative trait in terms of American politics, which is heavily influenced by religion. There are very few openly atheist politicians in the US or even US history.

I like the concept of the game! Political...Nice. Extremely mind bending and confusing, overall, it's awesome and worth playing! 10/10

Mr. Developer (tha sounds cool). I think there is a lack of information on how to play this game, how to learn the way it works, how bills affect the country, how to analyze the country data, etc. The game is becoming more and more popular and we are a lot of newbies starting to play, and probably ruining the game a little bit by playing bills crazily. Please, teach us how to play!
Have you read the help files? They explain just about everything in detail. You can check the forums following that and ask other people specific questions as well. A lot of information about the game is purposefully obscured in order to make the game more fun, if you're talking about item/bill/ability stats.

add coffe to the store, that gives energy but also gives stress as a legal alternative to drugs( we have only cigar and liquor legal and they only take off stress but also take energy)
If there was something that gave energy and didn't cause a scandal, it would massively unbalance the game unless it was super expensive (which makes no sense for coffee).

Wait, wait, wait. 70% of the money in the economy goes to the government? And it's still a functioning country? Am I misunderstanding that stat?

Somehow the current Secretary of State does not exist. How can the Secretary of State not exist!? This is according to the investigation screen.

There seems to be problems with stress now that energy regeneration is higher. Maybe you should increase the amount of stress you loose at the end of the day by 10ish %?

Delos, im addicted to this game but im a noob and im not from america so i dont really understand everything any tips?
Well, make sure you've read the help files. Also most other players can tell you things about the game/our political system in the US. You can also search out just about any political term you don't understand online and get a detailed description of the RL thing that I tried to model the game after. I usually stuck pretty close to reality.

@AliK137 1. I hate people who say that they're the biggest fans of something. The dev should decide that, not you. 2. You've got bad grammar.
