I always love games from DifferenceGames. Though I do know this story actually does exist as a fable in some Asian countries. Anyway, here's a tip for hard mode:

A beautiful and simply little game wasn't too challenging on the normal allowing you to really focus on the story it tells and after when yah might want a challenge the hard gives exactly what it says it would

This game is great - my rating went to 5/5 after playing HARD mode :D It really is tough nut to crack :D:D Applaus for author! :)

I hate it when I'm looking for the last Difference, and when I finally give in to Reveal, it turns out I was staring at it the whole time... Makes me feel so stupid. (This was on Hard.)

Damn, talk about keeping a guy waiting. The game was very well done, and an amazing story was told simply through pictures and a game. This deserves an award for how beautifully well done it was. Easily 5/5 and a favorited game.

nice game. like all DifferenceGames :D quite sad yet i dont know how can it make anyone cry. The only moment in my life i have ever cried was when Rambo sew his wound on his own

Beautiful art, and a nice story, first time i had to cry but didnt know if i am sad or happy, that story has an happy ending for me, lost love, get back after a long time and memories of that

Quite nicely drawn - but I felt it was a bit depressing. More fun for the driad's child to turn up on his doorstep and join his family for example.

in later pictures he is lying the bed as ann old man... in this bed are three hills .. one for every feet and the third ..... :)

The art is beautiful, but the differences are just boring. In 70% of the time, you just have to look for tattos or stripes, or other lines-like shapes. Nowhere near as varied as Dreams.

I usually love your art but there was some terrible perspective in some of those panels. like bits of it were "taken" with a fisheye lens while others were not. And what's up with her feet in the second panel on normal difficulty?
Still, keep going. these are fun.

My only gripe is that too many of the differences seem like the same gimmick from previous pictures
