maybe it's just me, but I don't see a direct connection between the song and the ramps.. In fact, in one I've tried, a middle part that's nearly silent had a big mass of notes..
is the song just used as a seed to the random generator that makes the tracks?

After I figured out why my computer's songs wouldn't work, I love this game, and it is because I am an idiot and put the filter onto MP4. And here is an achievement for this game, get all of the stunts without hitting the ground in pilot view.

So you're "racing" on a completely straight track, without any opponents, doing nothing but from ramp to ramp (with some "tricks" that don't add any fun), and it's "epic" only because you're forced to play your music in it instead of good ol' Winamp or Grooveshark? I see no point.

I don't want to sounds like I'm a whiner. But sometimes you need to complain to get an improved experience. I love this game, practically everything about it. But their are some flaws I need to address. First off, their should be more than one starting song. If a player doesn't own an Mp3 than their stuck with the same song. And in my case, All my songs are on a different computer, so I couldn't use them. I love the solution of a youtube search, that will allow nearly anything to get played. But again it's a fantastic game.

Damn, I mean DAYUMN. This was kick-ass! This is so close to Audiosurf it isn't funny. The only differences are this is funner to play (ramps, tricks), and Audiosurf has content to unlock (backgrounds, color schemes, different vehicles) and a better visual display (rolling up and down hills, can see the end of the track in the distance). If you put a couple more great ideas for visual effects into this game, and more achievements+content to unlock, I'm sure it would become the much better alternative to Audiosurf itself! 5/5!

When I started playing this, I was scrambling for a mute button because I was trying to listen to an mp3. (When I play games, I typically mute the game and listen to my own music.) What a pleasant surprise it was when I learned my mp3's were part of the game! Epic!

I entered Kongregate while my Itunes was opened and I saw this game in the frontpage, it seemed interesting so I started it just thinking of where the mute would be so i could listen to my music while playing, the game started, and i saw the open mp3... imagine what was my face when i saw that i just closed my Itunes and started playing =D

Just a tip, If you've got a ramp combo going and are about to lose it because there are no more in sight, you can bounce of the rails to keep it alive (only once between ramps though).

5 stars! First I was thinking: too easy. but the 3rd badge is hard... Nice game. What about a non-vector version? shooting upgrades and stuff.

heres a few tips for newbies (i hold a few song highscores):
white squares at the start give you more than the orange or yellow notes.
dont lose a multiplier to get a ruby; rubies give you about 2x more than the notes you get on the track in the same amount of time. if you lose your multiplier, you lose points.
you cant start a combo off of a rail, but you can continue one off of a single jump (no consecutives).
take a ramp that has no points on it then jump onto a rail when you know a fast part is coming; that way you get a higher multiplier.
read the list to see what youre missing for the 10x combo. staying at 6x is a lot less than 10x.

4,5 stars out of 5 but still only 197.500 points :/ the hard badge seems to have unreasonably high amount of points needed.

...wow. The way the stage shakes during high distortion bits, the intensity of high BPM songs is just awesome. I got shivers during bass-heavy parts of songs.

Some songs are blocked from uploading (copyright by iTunes, I assume) making getting some of the songs a big pain in the ass. Also, a delete song from your list would be nice.

well i know some proxy sites romove ads, some don't, and some you have to buy and account to remove them
