best strategy: 1:choose men of the west 2: send swordmen in wherever they attack. 3: send scouts around the enemies holes in their line 4: when enough scouts get through, you will earn a charge 5: send swordsman or if you have them longswordsman in a charge, followed by regular swordsman and scouts to rush in with it

This game is soooo amazing. I wish that the men of the west had war elephants or something with javelin men =) that would be sick. Or all the other races had something to counteract the mountain troll. I also wish you could use demons. 10/5 its great!

butter knife strategy with the swordsman and do the sword upgrade is real effective. And when you get a charge and there isn't a lot of people in a bunch of rows use scouts as your charge. it wins every time if you have those two people.

Oh, also, people wanting to know how to get money. Kills=money. Lets say you're having a tough time beating the last few high level areas. Here is what you do; fight them over and over but instead of trying for the win try for as many kills as you can get. You'll lose a few but even if you lose you still get the money. Eventually you get enough for the upgrade required to win. As for me I didn't need to do that because the game is FREAKIN' EASY, but if you need more money for upgrades that is how to get it.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the scout spam strategy. It's a weird strat. Works well against high difficulty opponents, but sucks against low difficulty. High difficulty opponents build high level units which take a long time to build so they can only block a few of your scouts. Low difficult opponents build only low level fast build units and so can block most of your scouts.

I beat the game without cheats, quite easy. I prefer spawning a lot of Archers or Rangers in a row, and send some Axemen or Spearmen as a "Buffer Zone". Upgrading Swordsmanship and use the Butter Knife Strategy will also help you for the win.;)

I got Wood Elves with Rangers, Spearmen and Axemen, with Marksman and spear maxed. I can beat 105% Demons (last area).

Men of the West=pwnage. Nothing but Javelin Throwers continuously down a single row will eat anything; whirlers, mountain trolls, spear masters, mounted halberds, . . . doesn't matter what, once you get a clump of five or more out there anything that gets in their way is toast.

the cheat for Warlords Call To Arms is press c then write skippy at the cheat code spot then dont press enter just go back to the main menu and chose a character and while you're playing with a character press h to beet that game. you can skip everything to unlock Demons with spearmaster.

The Night Elves are relly good because the Whirler is really fast at fighting because Whirler kills people fast and they dont even get to hit.
