Negative attack speed shock towers > everything. Even the game itself, which lags from the incredible awesomeness of it all. Wish there were more waves so I could build the setup to stupid, stupid proportions. :P

Is there a way to cancel building placement? I found that whenever I click on a ability to prepare, then find that I have no need to use it; that it won't let me de-select that ability, unless I click on a tower that I want to place, but I don't want to spend money and raise the cost of a tower either, yet it won't let me de-select, is there something I'm missing?

I think the enemy needs to make their uniform out of whatever my warriors use - my guys remain unharmed while standing in the middle of a mega-barrage!

I love the game. Thank you, Djugan! Two minor requests/whishes: during the battles, I'd love to be able to close the info window for each tower by simply clicking anywhere outside of it, instead of having to click the red X (to save time). Also, I'd love to see the progress bar for a tower just by hovering over it instead of having to open said info window.

I do dislike how when you buy a tower or unit, that they cost more each time. I would maybe do that for the support towers, because of how effective they are, but otherwise no. Although that's just my opinion. Other players may enjoy that.

For the Divide challenge, +30 waves, 50% health, double enemies, and double armour is enough. Repeatedly using the extra damage ability (all towers deal extra damage for 15s) and making sure (for those with warrior champions) that the cleave ability is on helped a lot plus using totems, scouting posts, and battle standards to make the beginning section hell. Great game!

that bug after the end of a level: the sound for the medals earned, if i click before it ends and go to talents page, it keeps going and i have to refresh the page. for the rest, fantastic game:)

Didn't post most of what I wrote. Anyways, "Whut" said whats up. Hard badge is easy, if you max out level stats in beginning (+30 waves, double enemies, double health, double armor.) I built all Guard Towers/ & Magicians. Upgrade them to Shock/ & Splash towers. With a few of each: Scouting Post/ Power Totem & Battle Standard. Just use your commander to kill stealth units. Finish the levels to achieve all challenges. Cinch. Thanks Whut.

For the divide challenge, try shock towers with splash around 3-4 battle standards and some scouting posts. I did almost 900k on retribution with uber guard towers. Did 450k on the divide.

Ignore that last comment. I did it again with just the commander, but this time killed 650 units and it awarded. strange

Does the "kill 400 enemies with a single unit" have to be a non-champion unit? I did the entire map with +15 waves and double enemies with just my champion. It came out to 402 kills, but I didn't get the challenge.

A rather... powerful glitch in the game. If you're a warder hero and you use Eagle Eye before placing any +Support towers, they will gain the effects of Eagle Eye for the whole battle. (I'd guess because the game does not check for them to turn it on/off and just checks any tower if a buff is in place when you create it)

Tell you what - nice and easy and fun with nice pace of upgrades and simple maps right to the last challenge, then BAM! hard as nails and satisfying as hell to complete. Really enjoyed this, not to short or long - 5/5

@DaRedGobbo: the fact that they wont go down actually makes sense... because if you have barracks (or few of them), you make the guard tower price fall under 50$, and if you build guard tower on top of abandoned tower, you get 50$... so if the building prices would drop, you could just build a guard tower on abandoned tower (lets say you use 45$ and gain 50$...) then sell it (gain a bit more gold) and build it again, repeat multiple times and voilá! you have infinite money...

IMPORTANT BUG: don't decrease your attack speed below 12. it slows you down instead. tested on my archer hero (don't know if it applies to any others)

bug: if you use eagle sight and place aura towers while it is active (scouting post/power totem/battle standard) the range increase becomes permanent.

Its hard to get the +250k damage challenge? this is why: even with +30 waves and double enemies per wave the total health of your enemies will be around 150k. That means you had to deal +100k overkill (unlikely) or double enemies health.

BUG: When I completed Path of Demons challenge (only champion used) I also got Star Soldier badge III (100 kills with non-champion unit). Screen was taken but "Contribute" area to report this bug can't be found. Quite good TD game, in fact.

I have one last challenge to do and it looks bloody impossible. 250 000 damage. Not sure what I should put on to dxo it most efficiently but jeez that's tough

Man, I thought that the original Hands of War was great, but this brought a world and art style I was a big fan of together with the always popular and fun tower defense gameplay.
I just wanna say thanks for giving me this free, well-made entertainment. Now to play Hands of War 2!

Where can I report a bug? I guess I've played more than the half of the game and I can't get the first badge... I've lost the badge of the day 'cause The badge of the day have changed and I was not able to get the badge. I'm very sure I've won more than three battles.

Small (exploitable) bug that should be fixed: When placing Support Structures while Eagle Sight is active, those gain enhanced range and keep it forever (although it produces weird results like one unit in range gaining +36 range from both, but unit next to it gaining +21 range ???).

I tried stating a game, and when I went over to disable "frost strike" without placing my champion down, my champion disappeared and I couldn't hit quit or retry :( . Is it supposed to do that?
