If you are getting stuck on some of the longer levels, then there is an easy tower combination to beat all enemies. Put 4-6 guard towers near each other and 3 battle standards near them. Upgrade at least one of the guard towers to a shock tower. The shock tower should have a reload close to 10 with the battle standards help. If you upgrade the standards a bit more, then you can get all the way to a negative reload time. At this point you will have a machine gun dealing 25 damage per hit and annihilating all enemies in its path. I needed no other towers for the whole game when I used this strategy. (+ so others can see)

If there was one thing I would add to this game it would be for your champion to attack all the stealth enemies in the group before anyone else.

Seems to be a bit of memory leakage going on. The game gets slower and slower the longer I play. Also had the issue with the endless sound loops when skipping a reward screen.

Request: Between rounds, PLEASE have some kind of undo option on tower placement. Can't tell you how many times I'm halfway through a map, go to place a rather expensive tower, and misclick... and if you try to sell and re-place, it's twice the price.

clicking to skip the exp scroll is a little glitchy... my game got stuck with a neverending plink-plink-plink-plink-plink-plink-plink-plink in the SFX. exiting did not fix. had to refresh the window :|
aside from that, though, i like it.

Ok ... a bug I probably discovered, if it's not please down underrate, anyway, as the towers and/or mages etc. gain levels and you choose not to upgrade them, when they reach level 4 you can directly upgrade them to their special form. Well a thing I noticed is that when u level up mages to pyromancers (which do splash) the damage does not apply to their splash. If , say, you have first waited until level 4, then upgraded to pyro, then went ahead and played the game and then upgraded to frost, the frost would apply to the splash but still not dmg. The mobs react as if they are being hit but no hp loss, like for instance, the sprinters activating their sprint ability or the mobs with the invulnerability.

Easy and hard badges arent triggering for me, completed most the game prior to badges being added... am I alone here?

Idunno if it's because of the firing animation, but it seems to me that guard towers have the potential to become EASILY the most powerful because rangers and wizards sort of... max out their firing rate. I mean, the stat decreases but they don't seem to shoot any faster. Meanwhile, I have a shock/bomb tower that is firing off overcharged cannon balls as fast as my CPU can handle and killing boss enemies as soon as they come into range.

This may sound stupid because most of you probably understood (if you played Hands of War 2) the introduction but did the Guardian canonically won the second Civil War and the Phoenix lost because of how it said that the Black Council (boss if you chose to side with the Guardian in HoW 2) has fallen and their champions?

I like how this game borrows from other very popular tower defense games. I think this guy was a Gemcraft: Labyrinth fan.

I like the game but there is many bugs :/
1. When I tried to build "D" bulding - buttel standard it built me barracks - I could not buy the "D" one.
2. Many times suddenly barracks object was chosen but I did not choose it.
3. When I built a scouting post, but I was not sure it will range all my units, and then I sold it because it did not range my all units - what is another bug as half of the unit was in range..., and the scouting post was much more expensive, but I did not have anyone on my map - I think it shouldn't work like this, it should depends on how many objects I have already had on my map.
4. When you try to skip the summary after war, many times the sound start to repeat and repeat and repeat, I needed to reload the game as there was a sound loop.

If you place your scouting post, battle standard or focus totem, while eagle sight is active they keep the increased range even after eagle sight time has run out.
(Perhaps this is a bug, which will be fixed.)

It this just me or is there something wrong with the fast forward function? At first it was working just fine, but I feel it stopped working and now makes no difference whether it's active or not.

This is a great tower defense game that reminds me of the Cursed Gem Series. One suggestion, a tutorial on everything that will come at you. ex: I was like WTF!!! when the stealth units came out of nowhere, but then I was like ohhhh.

Wait. So I just got every star on the game and all challenges, but when the "get next badge" thing popped up in chat, it said I needed to get 90 stars to complete the challenge. There are only 28 levels. How exactly am I supposed to get 90 stars for the hard badge???

Hi, I'm a hero and my job is to slay whatever the towers and troops I put up as defense do not. I do this very well, unless, of course, I run into the invisible wall between designated enemy walkway and the perfectly green grass, or if decide I need a few moments to react to the enemies when they first appear. If, for some reason, two enemies appear and I know my job is to kill the one in the rear, sometimes I will wait politely while the first one walks by, after all, its not his fault I have spatial awareness problems!

unbalanced. the regular bad guys are nothing but cannon fodder, while the bosses are ridiculously strong, fast, and give a pitiful amount of money.
good try, but some stupid mistakes stop it from being a classic.

Very nice TD game. Took a while to get the 250000 badge. 30+ wave, 50 health and armour and double the number. built 4 chain towers at top by wave 30 and got 275000 damage at end.
One issue with game. I have done everything but my saved game shows I am missing 6 stars. Also no Kong Badge triggered for medium and hard.

Is the challenge on "The Divide" even possible? I didn't let a single unit through, and I had max waves, max health, max enemies... as well as all my attribute points (156) in extra unit damage and I totalled around 175k damage. Extra armor shouldn't come into total damage dealt, should it?

When I clicked start game, it asked me to select my save location. Unfortunately, when I click on the boxes, nothing happens. I can't do anything.

I know this sounds like an ubernerd thing to request, but on trade outposts could it have stats? Like how many waves it is old, how much has been spent on it, and how much it has generated? It would also be interesting to see how much barracks have saved vs cost. Some of the break even points are easy (25 for +5 takes 5 turns to payback) but is 875 to build worth it with 18 turns left?

if you cant get the 250k achievement, be sure that it is the only left, then reset the attributes and add everything to the build structures improves, that way i got+500k

To do the Warpath Challenge: Choose +30 waves and double units per wave. Build only your champion, one ranger, one warrior and one guard tower near the entrance. Some more guard towers in the back of the map (so they can't shoot at the units at the entrance), but in range of the first one. Upgrade your units always and choose for your guard tower the one with the "overcharge"-ability. At last pimp your towers with boosterstructures, at least 3 power totems.
