Putting your hero in the front, thus making him get a big chunk of the kills actually is in your disadvantage, as he will not get stronger while in a map and all your other towers remain underleveled. I hate the EXP-concept. Had to always put my lvl51 hero in the very back of the map to get the hard badge because otherwise he steal the EXP from all other towers.

I really like the game but there's one thing that's annoying me. When you hover the cursor over the upgrade choices of a unit, the description of the upgrade vanishes way too quickly and I have to keep moving the cursor away from then back to the upgrade to bring up the description again.

A couple of quick thoughts: The intro and some of the mechanics look an awful lot like Cursed Treasure - flattery perhaps. It doesn't look like the Grand Champion Achievement is working. I like the persistent hero skill accumulation - I've always wondered why there aren't any great TD games that incorporate RPG elements. Kudos to the dev on that tip.

So.... -7 fire rate equates to what? The tower seems to shoot REALLY FAST, but does it going even more negative help? Fun game though!

I recently noticed that sometimes when a enemy died that it left a red skeleton instead of a white one, I was wondering if this is supposed to indicate something or just a graphic thing bug or otherwise.

It would be nice if you could add a "closest to exit" option as 16779846541 said, and also an option like "attack invisible" for the towers that can see the stealth monsters. Otherwise it's a really good game in the TD genre. 4/5 for now, but with some minor improvements it could easily become a 5/5.

Bug report -- Sometimes at the end of a battle, if you click "Go to talents" before your battle bonuses are done appearing, the "clink" sound will play continuously and you are forced to refresh the page to get rid of it.

I'm glad that this came out. The Hands of War games are one of my most favourite ones on Kongregate. Not only they have excellent gameplay but also some indescribible atmosphere.

When you buy a tower it costs more to buy another but when you sell one the price stays, Doesn't lower. FIX THIS PLEASE :/

fire rate bug xD
1 time i just did the first level with + 30 waves, do all my talents on firerate (champion) then i build alot battle standart, on wave 34i had - 1 fire rate xD
when i completed i got massive exp and ally points lololol

Someone a tip for the divided challenge? I have every 3 Stars and nearly all stages. I am missing only this for the hard badge. A tip anyone? I try to beat it with full wave + , double hp, double enemies, but then I die. And when I let the double hp i did not do enough dmg...

i absolutely love this game, but those bugs are really bothering me. i can't give it above a 3.5 until they're fixed, then this game is easily a 4.5, maybe even a 5. keep it up, and please fix these. :)

so because i absolutely adore having the ability to overpower my men, i made it so my main guy, the archer had a fire rate of -1. this should mean he'd be firing faster then instantly. there should be 0 delay. also i added up 4 barracks to equal the deduction of my towers to be a total of 103% off from the original price. this should make EVERYTHING except the barracks free. however there is still a base cost. if you rush past the medal page and upgrade screen there is that annoying medal noise that will linger on until the next battle and will not go away unless you refresh the page. also, if you click on one of your abilities when you're supposed to place your hero, there is no way to place your hero again after that point. the 99 is the limit when you want to respec your character as well.

all of the - and + are confusing.... so does the battle standard ADD firerate or SUBTRACT it?!? I highly doubt it subtracts it, but it sure looks like it with all the minuses.

Is it just me or the sprites movement limits the fire rate? The ranger is supposed to be quicker than the mage, but it fires way slowlier!!!!

For the "Deal 250000 damage"challenge, overkill damage is counted as well. What I did was place a bunch of guard towers, and had them all be the shock/chain (whatever its called) tower, With +30 waves and double enemies, they did enough overkill damage to get me like 270k total damage.

Tip: on first round by barracks/trade buildings then sell them just before the last wave to give you the money you need to make final builds/upgrades before the boss. + for others to see
