Looks like the hard badge is fixed. If you've done the entire 84/90 stars, simply blow through the first level again and it rewarded me with the badge. +1 for everyone to see.

If you didnt get the hard badge, youre probably missing a star somewhere. I got it and '(30 points - 4,573 awarded)' says others got it aswell.

It was actually 'the divide' which left me with over 400k damage. Just did the last badge (overkill) and finished with 1109k damage. Settings: max waves, max enemies, no hp or armor added.

Hello Djugan. I have a new game idea. And I want you to listen to it.
Tower Defence: Online.
You will have your base like command and conquer, but its about defending your base in four seperate square based defence tower lines, you can upgrade your line so its longer.
You can square off against other players, some players might straight offence, *Offence is good for the *Fallback skill*. If your offence you must work on your base defences, outside lines of your base. Starting off as Tower Defence is I find better because you can gain money in the game pre- kill you get. But Offence raids can gain you millions, if you drain all there bank, depends how big there bank is. You can have a shop that lets have misc. items you can use when you are offence or defence.
Clan teams will be involved to take each others bases, and can also give support of cash and items and infantry.

Main issue I see is that to get anything other than your hero to deal with stealthed units, you need to not only devote enough exp for archers or wards to level 4 but then waste first specialty at a cost of 400 gold. The poor range of the wards makes archers the only viable choice here. Other than that, the ranger hero acts as my stealth killer exclusively, not sure how well the other classes can handle this issue.

For all those having problems with the overkill / damage stuff, lyasho said: "Easy mode strategy: Place a guard tower, and upgrade to Shock tower. Keep upgrading it and surround it with 3+ Battle standards. Eventually, your shock tower will get 0- rate of fire... That means total pwnage, and you will get any overkill or damage dealing badge." It'd add: put some more guard towers around it. Did the overkill badge with 400k+ dmg (select max waves and enemies, dont add hp or armor). Keep it up!

Sometimes the after-battle menu gets bugged. That clicking sound (badges) doesn't stop and the only way is to turn off the soundeffects (although when you turn it on again, the bug is still there).

For those who can't be bothered to search previous comments. Again. There is premium content that the dev says Kong doesn't support. That content includes two unlockable levels. No, you will not be able to get 90/90 unless Kong allows the premium.

@Salisian, I've noticed that anytime your Warrior champ is on anything other than "Closest", he just kind of runs around like that. It's a pain, but the best way to deal with it is leave him on Closest with your mouse hovering over the pause button. Anytime a wave starts with stealthed units, pause the game and switch him to Stealthed. When they're dead, pause again and switch him back to Closest. It's not great, but it's a little better.

What's the point of putting a mute button on the start-up screen, only to have sound come right back on again as soon as you click "Start"? I like the game, but not a fan of having to doubly-so mute the thing as I goof off at work...

Pretty solid game, had a good time playing it! Two suggestions, a faster speed up and have different subclasses for the towers instead of having everything being pretty much the same with every tower

I'm really sick of the warrior champion's buggy behavior. He charges wildly at most enemies, but half the time he'll instead just wander around in his sphere, ignoring the enemies that are walking right past him to the exit.

Meh. The towers get very expensive after you've built only a few of them. The $400 marksman tripleshot upgrade is a huge waste of money because only one of the shots is targeted (if you're lucky, the other two will hit something; if you're not, they won't). There's no way to start a wave early or block off paths and force enemies to your towers. Upgrading warriors is during a wave is impossible because they keep moving while you're trying to click on them. Upgrading in general is expensive and doesn't have a massive effect. Stealthed enemies are too powerful because only the champion and highly upgraded units and towers can see them. And is it just me or does fast forward not actually make things move any faster?

How do you unselect something? For instance if I choose a tower, then decide I no longer want to place that tower, how do I free my cursor?

Can somebody please tell me how I'm supposed to get 90 stars when there are only 28 levels? I'm stuck with 84 stars, and can't go any further.

small tip: whichever unit you choose to put near the start, change his priority target to "least hp" itll level him up quicker

This is a really great game. The hands of war series is one of my favorites here on Kongregate and the other supporting game sites. I found this particular Tower Defense game to be better the nthe others as you can combine infantry with towers and so on. Most of the challenges though on here seem to me more endurance then anything but they are fun. I did enjoy the fact that you could decide when waves were coming. Making it have a casual sense or a more vigorous one with continuous waves. The only thing I would suggest adding right now would be challenge progress during a mission, and a map editor. I would be very curious to see what the users of the game come up with. Other then that great game and I can't wait to see where this series goes.

Character Classes: Ranger > Wizard >> Warrior (Warrior is incredibly bad, especially at the beginning, lacks range himself and good ranged units on top of that.)

@Samegerilja, all you need to do is, before entering the battle, change the waves to +30 and the number of enemies to double. If you win the battle, you get the badge of 500 enemies.

Maybe I am crazy, but I seem to have a slight bug, on the map screen I have all challenges met, and earned 3 stars on every map.. on the save file itself though.. it says I am short by 6 stars.. not sure what that is about.. or am I missing something?

Seriously? I finish the Grand Templar Badge and it awards me 2 attribute points, shouldn't it be worth slightly more than all of the other badges?

Challenges can be completed with battle settings changed (in fact several of them can only be completed with certain battle settings). So if you go +30 waves and double enemies, there will be more than enough bad guys to kill.

i really dont think that this game has something different from cursed treasure or gemcraft really... although a big fan of hands of war, this game isn't up to my expectations, and it's a common mistake companies do, which is to change game genres like this.... for example what if COD became strategy? or if skyrim became a shoot 'em up?

For the 400 kills with one unit challenge you can use your champion to kill them all. I am stuck on the Switchblade challenge where you need to kill 500 men and there doesn't seem to be enough men on the level to kill.

idk if its a glitch or not but if you place a post, standard, or totem while in eagle eye the tower permanently has +50% range

If you buy a tower, and sell it, the price should go down 1 level not stay the same, I misplaced a battle standard, sold and now the next is 450 gold price.

How do you finish the hard badge. I have completed 11/11 challenges and completed all the missions on the screen. 84 stars, my stats say there should be 90 stars. Where are the other 2 missions then?
