not "almost" every feature the game does. for example, there is no plat to this game, no 3-dness, no chasing yourself, no complicated portal puzzles, and no coolness when you do a infinte loop

Sadly, level 32 is not solvable if you have a glitch where the energy ball reflects off the blue barrier. I have such a glitch.

After watching a run through of level 37 on youtube, I know why I can't beat it. Frame rate.
When you have a low frame rate, the time it takes to start running is longer, but the energy fields stay on for the same amount of time. I turned down my graphics as low as they will go, but I still have trouble making it. And because the frame rate gets worse over time, I have to close my browser and reload the game if I don't make it on the first try.

Woo! Completed it! Very very good game. A tad glitchy in places (taking boxes through portals with you doesn't work some times) but that was hardly a problem. Deserves badge(s)/challenge. Ace game 5/5

Getting through the energy field in level 37 is driving me nuts. Especially since I have to do everything else first.

I got up to level 34 before I really wanted a Save feature to where I didn't have to go back later and do all the stuff again. But yeah, 5/5, even without that little niggling annoyance.

Fun game, but the clues provided are simply not helpful. Not everyone has played the full version of Portal, or is particularly adept at puzzle games.

Level 32 is a pain in the ass. It takes ages and then I die on the last turrety thing and have to do it all over again. =[

needs badges i got to lvl 30 and now im stuck, i think i got to knock off all the turrets but the speed keeps jumping from 0-4k in no time so ill jump right off a ledge. i'll just keep playin till i win, THX FOR THE GAME.

Its a complete jackoff of Portal of Half Life 2 (duh) but its so great that even though its 2D now that it doesn't CHANGE a bit of the idea/fun/execution of the portals.
Fantastic game, getting harder and more versatile as well then I thought.
Upgrading rating from 4/5 to 5/5.
#1 Portal.
#2 Starfighter.
Etc.

The cake is a lie.
Really quite well done. 38 has some sort of precision aiming trick where you can skip pretty much the tnire puzzle (grab the third cube from above, bring it below, done). 40 was nuts. All in all a good game. 5/5

Mr. Osmose.... most people use the QWERTY keyboard. Game developers can *not* be expected to make new controls for every countries keyboard.

This is hilarious, people think Portal is a Half-Life 2 mod. It's another completely different game with the Half-Life 2 Engine.
And this game is pretty cool.

Sounds are really annoying, loses a lot of the flavor of the game but it preserves the gameplay...
Turns out I liked the flavor and humor of the game more than the gameplay.

Really well done, and even has a couple of concepts that the actual Portal doesn't explore enough - though that's probably more because an FPS has different constraints (tunnels don't work so well when you don't have perfect knowledge of the map)
I wish you would copy Portal's left click for blue portal, right click for orange scheme though; that was a lot nicer than using q and e. However, I don't know how Flash handles right clicks so that might not be usable.

You have to love some of the stupid tags for this game. "Rubbish," "stupid ass game." How likely is it that the people leaving those tags are just utterly terrible at the game?
