the first 50 levels are hard but after you start using lightning towers it gets so easy. right now I am at level 216 with just over 3 mil and my whole map is covered in lightning towers

OK I'm at level 190 with over $1,000,000 and gaining $100,000 in interest per round... this is getting absurd, there is no end.

One thing you need to realize is that you get interest (10%) of your current gold at the start of each new wave. That means spending every last gold piece on upgrades and new towers will only kill you in the end. You need to save up a little gold here and there until you have a steady income from interest and not creep kills. Later in the game, creep kills account for a very small fraction of the total amount of money that you get. I like to keep about 50000 gold at the very least, giving me 5000 gold every new round to spend on something. Later on, you can be at much higher amounts really easily, I just like to spend when I'm at that amount of gold.

my tactic is to go with assassin and use my special on the boss every time he comes around. i also put a lot of my defence around the begining area with arrow towers farther back a bit. way back is where anti-air is for me as well

I enjoyed the game, but it seemed too easy after a certain point, where there should probably be an end. After many hours now without actually being at my computer, there is considerable lag and I am currently at level 357, 12 lives, fully filled map with full upgrades and currently well over 36 million gold...4/5

If you save up your money, this thing's a cakewalk. 10% interest on your current cash, so just save up for ages. Hint: Lightning towers for the first 4 rows, max upgraded - nothing gets past.

Scratch the "no ending" from my last comment. Maybe it has one but I quit after a while. Let's replace it by "seems like never ending". I will also add that the class pick up at start could use more diversity. At least different towers.

Another tower defense game that doesn't really bring anything new to the genre. The pros: key shortcuts to do nearly everything and "OK" sound effects. The cons: Lack of music. Icons, towers and fonts are too small. No difficulty settings. No ending. Nice attempt, but it's a 2.5/5 for me.

Lvl 190 & I'm absolutely bored.. with 9 lives left, just closed it.. 3/5.. If we hadn't DTD1.5, Protectors, GemCraft, it could be 4/5.. But..

so i really don't think this games ends. i got to level 250 and max out my gold to 999999999 and the creeps weren't even getting by my 3rd tower i could've gone to level 10000

To add to what I just said, the interface is too small, I can barely tell how much gold it costs to upgrade. That being said the flying creatures are brilliant!

Need a lower res. I can't even see the different maps! Not to mention the towers look too small. Haven't played it yet, just wanted to comment.
