Pretty good game, didn't expect last boss to be so hard, but luckily I had plenty of materials to make plenty of defensive and offensive potions + health potions. Had to pull back once to reapply buffs and heal up more. But yeah, maintaining 20+ MP regen made the game really easy.

my walls of life:1. Use magic to heal and remove hard enemies. 2. use health and mana potions and magic pickaxes to get more loot. 3. make as many potions and use them to help. Just what I do.

I like this game, but where do I load the game I saved? I always end up having to start over, because even if i saved the game, when i come back there is no button with continue game, only new game.

Where's the bug report button? All games must have one...I randomly lost one of my rare loots while trying to forge...I've got to flag the game for this.

Wow I turned on magic pickaxe, didn't use it, use escape wings to escape, and then the magic pickaxe was still active so I destroyed a tile in the hub.

If you save while in a battle and then load the save you will be stuck inside the enemy you were fighting and will be forced to restart the run.

btw Awesome game: Interesting concept, great gameplay, cool story, amazing music and actually more balanced than the first Enchanted cave game, even though the ice biome was mostly free. The last jungle biome was actually still pretty challenging and the final boss pulled up a good fight, while in the first game by the time I reached the final boss I was so OP, that I took him out with like 10 hits without giving him a chance to do anything to me. So yea 10/10, 5 stars, loved it!

Beat the game in one go mates! No saves, no resets... Took me about 3 hours, added that half the time was spent in the 0-30 levels min-maxing everything I can and calculating my chances before fights XD
One tip: max the attack/defense/crit/xp bonus part of your ability tree first- it helps A LOT

its not worth it to kill every enemy... that dies in 1 hit... before it can even attack you... because who needs free experience?

Invest some of your skill points into heal and stack mana regen on your armor. You'll be invincible. Don't worry too much about individual element defense status until floor 40+, that's when elemental damage starts to pick up starting with the wizards. Bleed gets the most bang for buck.

Potion tips: 1) Craft those MP restore & HP restore into potions (it doesn't cost MP to do that) 2) transmute a blue jungle berries to give to a guy in tavern, he'll give you an ultimate HP potion next time 3) increase potion efficiency to get better stats from enchantments

This game is much shorter than the ancient cave in lufia 2. Took me about 3-7 hours to beat this game. Could take that long just for one run in Lufia 2. I

I got some more max hpts and was able to beat the 80 boss, spam click the healing potions, the boss is able to do massive damage. Much better to use 2x potions then necessary than to die.

I respectfully disagree with bliznitch. Even with lots of potions the lv.80 boss attacks for such massive damage and has colossal hpts that it is difficult to drink your potions fast enough. I didn't almost die because I ran out of potions, I almost died because I couldn't consume my potions fast enough. I'm lv.26 by the way. I managed to escape via disengaging from battle and using the escape wings.

Cave ends at lv. 80. At each merchant, sell any weak gear that is not an artifact and buy all potions. Reaching the end before you max out the stat tree (which can take FOREVER) requires lots of potions, gear that regenerates health/mana, and the Heal spell. That's it. After that, it's just *click click click* when you need to restore your health.

In general you want to divide your runs into breadth runs and depth runs. In the former pick the deepest floor you can one hit all the monsters. Then, you sally forth exterminating every monster and plundering all items. In the latter you start at the deepest possible floor and plan strategically make sure to load up on potions while trying to make it to the next shop.
