Year 5: I've conjured a massive crystal to store extra souls since things are going so well. This power…. I want to show people. I want to show them how wrong they were. I don't know what, but I will be stockpiling souls for something big one day….

Year 3: Checkpoints! Every 10th level I cleared to allow people to do as they please…. And it seems some have set up shops on these floors. It's so perfect. It makes things a bit easier for more adventurers, but still with plenty of challenge and valuables deeper into the cave. Seems it's a bit of a tourist attraction! HA!

Year 20: Found my old diary. How far I've come since that farmer…. The soul count reached 800 today. Plans for my 1000 soul conjuration are nearly done I guess it's just a waiting game now.

Year 7: An entire town has appeared just outside… and amusingly they've also made a marker keeping track of lost explorers. I've been keeping the death tool under 1% to keep up interest. The crystal of souls glows with just over 250 souls by now. I've begun drawing out plans for my ultimate creation... a colossal demon under my own bidding to show the world my true power. I would need 1000 souls for this however...

Year 2 Day???: I've lost track of time, but it's been at least a year since my last entry. The power of necromancy is incredible… I think somehow the potential of a creature is concentrated in the soul… which when extracted leads to immense power. Things are slowing down a bit though, I think i may actually be running out of explorers in this area? How to make the cave more accessible..

DAY 285: Finally I feel like writing another entry. Things were more than I could have hoped for for months… I've gotten at least 30 souls??? I don't know… I've lost count. I've taken to conjure new more powerful creatures…. Decided to use the energy of one complete human soul to see what i could do and made an enormous spider.... I've sent it to guard a heap of treasure.

Day 160: It's been a while since my last entry, but I need to reflect…. Tow. Two souls so far I've managed to reap from greedy explorers. They all died from creatures too…. I didn't even have to do it. It's so perfect. I need to refine the enchantment on the cave so that it is self sustaining... I want to spend my time studying and experimenting.

Day 104: Everything is finally in place and already coming together! An enchantment on the cave to make it a treasure hunt of sorts, with an option of escape…. But with the ultimate risk. The fools are willing to risk their lives for treasure, blinded by their greed. Just a simple message of a treasure cave in a nearby town and curiosity and word of mouth will take care of the rest.

Day 75: This gold and silver I'm able to create worthless to me, but valuable to others. I think I can use their greed to my advantage …. Lure them in with riches. But how to make it not an obvious trap? I need to think more about this, and soon… I've almost used up all of the power from the farmer's soul.

Day 60 : Over a month since my last entry... I've been very busy. The energy from the farmer's soul has proven more powerful than I had imagined. I can shift the walls of the cave, create gold and silver tools and weapons from rock and dust, and use the corpses of existing creatures to conjure new ones loyal to me. I must get more somehow

Using the skill points on drop chance, potion duration and potion efficiency can be pretty broken. You essentially get as much crafting materials as possible and craft as many potions as you can. The potions you use to buff yourself, (def, atk, elemental def, elemental atk and status effects) and to heal.
Another thing is that enchanting gets boosted with potion efficiency, (someone else found this out) so you can get even more mp regen.
After getting all these stats, I suggest using the skill points going for dmg and crit chance. Always get heal first though, it's the best spell in the game.

heres a tip. go back to town every 10 floors. I went up 30 floors at once and wasn't paying attention to my health. I was really mad at myself

alright, I got to the sorcerer again and did it right away, they summoned the light golem in a row. I guess once you start doing that method, they summon in a row no matter what. its probably not work it, just dig around bosses 1/2
(shame I died then, forgot to heal)

yeah I think mining around for the last boss doesn't work, whilst its not clear, they summon walls of ___ after I mind through the first summon. theres nothing to do around as theres only the boss, etc. maybe mining right away to go behind before they summon the first guy?

Well made; although if played for several hours on end can quickly become tedious. Crafting was annoying at first, yet easily grew to be invaluable.

Is the "missing this month" sign based on how far deep you are in the cave or how many times you've gone in... I had 5 people disapear in one day (went from level 30 to level 60 in one day)

Nice game, those spiders are an ass in the start tho
You have to decide whether or not to keep going and hope there wasn't an awesome treasure in the next chest :)

You know, I don't normally like rogue-like games, but this one's not bad. I like how it mostly dispenses with permanent death and loss of progress. (I never understood why those where considered desirable features of the genre.)

I'll give this game 5 stars when you fix the lag issue. Whenever there's more than 3 enemies on screen, the game lags, and when there's more than 6, it near stops. :(

jackVermicelli ... there are separate regen stats from items for HP and mana ... when you craft or enhance potions you use HP/mana Restore and if you want to enhance armor and weapons you use HP/Mana Regen ... example of materials used.... Viscous Goop you can use on your armor/weapon to up your HP Regen while you use Frog Leg to make/upgrade a potion to restore more HP

This game is amazing and still has tons of potential! I really like the rogue-like feel to it and the fact that you have to learn from mistakes. The monsters are also cute. If there would be a future installment, I'm definitely looking forward to more attack animations and monsters.

How come I have regen on my equipment already (from the last time I played), but if I try to enchant items now, it says I can only put regens on potions?

If you are thinking about going to your most recent floor, go 10 floors before it and you should get the escape wings so that you don't die.

Warning: Well over addicting. This game is really good, And i learned that trial and error means everything, Getting more floors, loot, etc. I hope to see a sequel soon... But other than that this game is great and should get more attention. Do not listen to the hate comments!
