These games are always 5/5 for me. I particularly enjoyed the difficulty ramp in this one. Requires you to think outside of the box, but isn't too difficult at the same time.

I can't seem to get through level 7. I can get on the left side of the fire standing on the axe but can't get across to the other side. Not sure if it's just my lousy hand eye coordination or if I am missing something. Fun game for the 6 levels I mastered. :D

In level 13 you have to kill the bat by throwing the axe against the stick skull and dropping down then releasing the axe making the diagonal line of the throw back. In level 15, throw the axe to the right against golden wall and once thrown, inmediately drop down, the axe will return back to you killing the bat but you must save yourself quickly and come back up again.

Loved the game the first time I played it - eddynardo is a superstar. And then it got badged, and I had to remember how to do lvl 15... :'(

"Ooh, the game now has a badge, I'll just pop over and collect that seeing as how I've already completed it... oh, my progress has been reset, never mind, I'll just play it again... it's a lot easier than I remember... LEVEL 12!!! AAAARRRGGHHHH!!!" :P

Now that was a fun game (as are the others in the series). I was a little confused with the last level at first, then I saw the solution and thought "oooh well that was simple!"

I want more of this axe mechanic. It is so long since i rated 5 stars on a game from kongregate and this game absolutely gets it. Please more.

I really enjoyed the concept of this game. You learn slowly how the ax works that you can bounce on it, throw it afar, and can magically bring it back to you. The timing of some stuff is tricky, and the return trick requires some out of the box thinking to hit the bats, but it's a sign of a great game. Thank you for making this!

Since I can't use the axe to chop, but just to throw it, it seems like it should be "Chucky Orc" instead of "Choppy Orc". Still, a very fun game.

Fun, but not quite in the same way as the previous ones. I got really tired of redoing the early tricky jumps just to take yet another stab at the final tricky jump of a level.

Is anyone having the same issue as me with begin able to jump right and firing the axe? I've had the same issues with the other eddynardo games. Can jump left and fire, just not right.

A tip for shaving a few seconds off. On level 14 you can kill the bat next to the chest before killing the first one you encounter. When jumping down the pit don't call the axe instead wait for the bat to go the right the farthest It can. Then follow as it moves to the right. When the bat begins to move to the left call the axe back. It should kill the bat. It might seem hard but after a few tries you get the hang of it.

Excellent. Simple concept hard application. The combination of puzzle (which it definitely is, the last 2 levels aren't easy to figure out; I actually found the solution on accident for the last level) and skill based platform is awesome; this requires quite a bit of reflexes. Love it.

Surprisingly good depth for a short platformer with relatively simple mechanics. The 'potion mix' chose this game using my 'adventure for days' duration. Somehow days became 5 minutes in the translation, but what do I know about magic potions? Maybe the next incarnation of this game will feature a necromancer putting prisoners back into the chests!

it's very annoying that to restart a speedrun you have to refresh the page, a pause button and the option to restart run would really help.
other than that this is an excellent game, an amazing combination between a platformer and a puzzle 5/5 hoping for a sequel!

SPOILERS
Level 9: Bounce on the axe while its in the skull.
Level 11: Bounce on the axe while it's in the chute with the ghost.
Level 13: Leave axe in skull and fall down the first chute.
Level 15: At the start, throw your axe to the right and fall down the ghost chute.

Turns out you can double-jump if you jump again very close to the ground. So not only what @milea said with instant double jump, you can also jump, fall back down, and jump again right before hitting the ground. Has anyone found a way to use these tricks in a speedrun? They don't seem super useful in my experimenting.

Has anyone else made it up to the first platform on level 4 after 1 jump? It's happened to me a few times but I haven't been able to replicate it

This game is so satisfying to speedrun, I finally got it down to sub 150. But i've seen youtube videos of people nearing 2 minutes flat, it's so good.

I'd love to get some pointers by sub 130 players. I am currently at 136,056 and believe that I can reach a mid-low 135 with my strategy, but I'd like to be in the low 130 range. My strategy is pretty straightforward, but I believe that I can improve on lvls 12 (I use the double ghost method and not the ghost jump method), 13 (I use the double climb method) and 15 (I'm just really slow on this one).
