That was an amazingly deep game. If you keep in mind that this game is the creator's childhood, then you can see the importance of each puzzle. This person's mind is creative and complex and has a somewhat sad past and has decided to share it with you. Embrace not the game but the emotions expressed throughout the game and then you can comprehend the purpose of the game. The purpose being to regal you with a story that you might be able to piece together but otherwise would not have heard. This is not only a game but a spirtual adventure.

It's just a bunch of akward and difficult swinging, with a few rudimentary "puzzles" thrown in. My eyes are hurting after getting the badge as well, due to the washed out dream look. 3/5 because it's not a badly made game, it's just not that enjoyable either.

A Boy and His Blob
Dude! You just completed the A Boy and His Blob achievement in Aether and won the A Boy and His Blob badge and 15 points

I am going to be perfectly honest. I understand that this is supposed to be an art game and all, and I went in with that in mind, but really... where is the game? The total lack of instructions left me very confused the first time I tried playing this. I finally figured out what I was supposed to do once I got to the first of the colorless planets, but it took a bit to even grasp the mechanics of the game. The space traveling aspect was really detrimental to the final product; it didn't add anything, and was annoying and a waste of time. I think that the concept for this game was fantastic, the game itself just needs some improvement. And a mute button. 2/5.

This game was fun, and the puzzles were intriguing yet simple.
Very well done, very well done art, and the end left me smiling. A beautiful game was made here and the poetry isn't half bad.

The incompetence of the people commenting here is remarkable. I like the guide for the gray planet. "hit center". What the hell is center!? Better yet, you keep copying and pasting it. Again, I HAVE NO CENTER KEY.

I have no idea what I am suppose to do in this game. I also think this game needs more color. Too bright. Also, the resolution of this game was too big. I had to F11 my browser for full screen.

how do so many ppl like this?! it's quite easily one of the worst games on the site! everything about it is shocking. no idea why it has a badge. 0/5.

good idea, bad presentation
the climbing is buggy, and on some planets,(like green) the gravity is too strong for even a jump, so you spend like 20 minutes trying to climb >.> should be a hard badge because of the endurance needed to finish it

I have to say, this game really is beautifully crafted. The controls are smooth, and propelling through space to different planets is very fun. More instruction would be nice. The puzzles aren't very obviouse.

I have no idea why people think this game is fun. There's not much to do, the swinging around is a pain, the graphics are all washed out, and the music is insanely annoying. 1/5

impressive game... liked it a lot
good story, good graphics, interesting concept. 5 stars!
if i got it right, the earth represents his home, the reality, and every other planet represents his imagination, his feelings. and in the end re abandon the reality to live in imagination.

the music was cool for like 10 minutes til it was annoying, the psychics were great for about 10 minutes until they just got in the way... and the puzzles having no hints made the above very frustrating for the other 50 minutes. And to top it all off, one of the most laggy games I've played on Kong. 1/5, good concept, but just not fun!

don't give the game a low rating just because your crappy computer won't let it play. it's a good game once you get to it [and very relaxing] 5/5

When I first played this game, I gave it a 1/5. Now, after playing it a second time and getting the badge, I raised it to 2/5. I personally don't know why this game was given a badge; I would've chosen something else instead if it was up to me.
