Superb sound and visuals. Gameplay is a bit basic and rudimentary, but what there is is very well executed. I particularly like the little cursor that fades in if you move your mouse faster than your character can move.

Cute game, but a really poor choice in game design which makes it impossible to tell apart bonuses from enemies or bullets when the screen gets cluttered with stuff.
Also, getting to weapon lv.10 is pretty easy, but in later levels, lose even two levels and you will never be able to survive long enough to get your weapon back at full power.

A very nice game - 3/5 - but I did lose interest when the upgrades peaked at 10. once it peaks, it seems like more of a survival game than the shooters I prefer, (and I'm fairly picky with shooters.) So, 3/5, but it is interesting for a first flash game.

Nice game overall. Like so many games of this type, the screen quickly becomes too cluttered with bullets, enemies, rewards, etc that you can't tell what's what. I've never enjoyed these cluttered screen chaotic games. I'm sure many others will like it, though.

I get that its cute, but really, the levels are far too long and repetitive. Nothing ever really changes, except for the occasional new enemy. Not a very customizable shooter, either. Really very boring.

Simple a concept as it is, it would have been nice to have some sort of a tutorial or instructions to help clarify a few things. Wonderful execution, however!

Like the ocean theme. The graphics are very nice. Another flash game from you? Great!
Your first flash game? Awesome!

I love the graphics and the colors. The first few boards make me think SPACE INVADERS+SPORE. This is a complement. However, why are we forced to hold down the mouse button? If there is no reason to stop firing, then we should not have to hold it down.

In sheer terms of design and style, this is quite a fun little game.
I really wanted something to spend all my little coins on, though -- maybe a way to customize my little crab-guy (who is adorable).
A story wouldn't be bad? Why do I care if they touch the bottom? et c. Like an Echo the Dolphin kind of 'YOU ARE THE CRAB DEFENDER OF THE OCEAN' vibe. I dunno, something like that for me to get a tiny bit emotionally involved in.
Variety of missions would be cool, but is generally unnecessary -- the new enemy types introduced now and again tend to keep things lively enough.

Mr nothing almost killed me! i love the graphics, music, and game play. kinda hard to distinguish the pickups from enemy bullets from the enemies sometimes, with so much going on at the same time, but overall very fun and enjoyable game.

Oh noez, I died! Oh well. Nice game overall. The sheer number of claws on that crab makes him dangerous.
I think the crab needs a name though.

I agree with Houndroon, 4/5
I would like to see a little bit harder levels, and perhaps more interesting weapons or perhaps a variety of power ups.

Very nice style-execution (art, UI & music). Overall I'm with the consensus: good game; finger-achy; stages become a little dragged on; would be more fun with some upgrades or achievements. Despite shortcomings and brevity: 4/5

Pretty simple and fun. I absolutely love the animation/graphics, though. Excellent job for being a self-proclaimed novice.

Difficulty needs some adjusting. I beat the second boss, A(H1N1) easily and I didn't even know I could shoot rockets.

No hints to what you should be doing?
Why is there no autofire? There is no reason not to shoot!
Upgrades / diffuculty need some balancing.
Other than that: Looks very good an could be promising of a great game. Just needs a bit more work!

I can barely lift my fingers - is there even a second in the game when your not firing? Then why not make fire automatic, instead of forcing the player to keep their finger down - its painful and pointless! Other than that, love the game - wish I could play more but need to give my hands a rest.
