Game is great! Beat every level on hard except for Assasins. @Calon gave some good advice to get started, but every time I go for yellow or red the other guy cuts off my main attack and leaves me dead :/

I'm on 739 for old world, all on hard, and 558 for islands of pain. Been playing a LOT, but I know others have beaten me on individual levels still as well.

Out of a whim I checked Old World and I have it completed at 822 turns. Islands of Pain 609 turns. On hard of course. I don't know averages but there are many way better at this.

Still trying to increase on some levels. Got "Old World" at almost 900 turns. Would be nice if the statistics on the konkr.io homepage would have updated numbers on the average level times. Hints on "Uprising" were written a few comments below.

A starting hint: Cut off the enemy from the upper land by a Knight. Don't worry about the insufficient funding, this is a good strategy in this map to try to always cut off the enemy from land, even if you cannot afford the next round. They will be restricted over time in the inner small region.

Finally beat moldova! I parked a knight on my gold mine on turn 1, then slowly advanced against yellow and green while they were all busy infighting.

finally finished all the maps. I think elvenpath was the hardest for how far in the game it was. I wasn't able to beat it until I had most of the islands of pain done.

I wish it recorded fastest completion time for each level so I'd know if it was possible to complete something faster or not. Like Inside a House seems like it shouldn't be that bad but my best time is 20. Anyone faster than 22 for Hex or 27 for Locked In?

For Uprising: Extend your tower space top with knight, connect bottom two towns with 1 villager & 1 pike, connect right towns with same combo, collect normal tiles without overspending from other towns.

As for Uprising: try to hunger your opponent out. Don't let him get easy money when he takes your towns and block his money making tiles and not the swamp. Your first move is the most important one.

Please make it possible to turn off that new auto-buying / auto-upgrading function. We old-school guys prefer to consciously buy our soldiers...

Jarmok: needed 15 ;). And if you need more, you can position a knight to protect your town until the enemy gets to 60 coins.

@Calon that's a good strategy, except the fact that you have to beat them in 20 turns before hero captures your town.

danaas: For "Assassins": focus on the light green enemy first. In the first turn, use 5 villagers to move to green from the south. Only use non-swamp. Second turn: use a villagers to get a pikeman to the field next to his town and villagers to block the other fields so he doesn't cut you off. Use a knight in the thrid turn to get the town. Then use pikmen and later knight to protect your town while taking out red then yellow. Watch the income of your enemies to know when to switch.

It would be awesome if there was a multiplayer/local part of the game so you could take turns playing with a friend or something

@smolkakyoin: As we're told in the "Rivals" section of the in-game, everyone is in it for themselves. If you don't provoke them, your rivals may focus on others first, but don't expect them to ignore an easy opening or an obvious threat. They act petty and selfish, much like real people.

Good game, but the fact that clans you're friendly with will literally try their hardest to take your land (one made a knight simply to cut off my kingdoms) is kinda dumb, especially since they get so mad when you take theirs.

Hey there is a glitch when you win to rewind all the way to the beginning and be done in one turn. I enjoy the game and it is truly brutal to play. I got most of the beginner level under 9 turns but this just makes it to easy. Sucks for those cheaters out there but bottleneck had me at 14 turns and now down to one. This is just for the developer.... Fun game.

how does rivals exact work? i dont want "gamble" like play so i always caculate money in every turn and try to block enemy use least things possible (like use a power 1 unit block 2 land in a tiny gap, so enemy need use at least two power 2 unit to attack my unit in 1 turn)(even that mean i need going back a bit), i think the only reason im bad on this game is that i dont fully understand how does the bot actual think, i really need a guide for it

Similar to FroggieG's comment below, it would be cool to see how many people in total have completed a given level on a given difficulty. Am I in the top 1,000? Top 100? I'd like to know!
