@luxfare - It IS possible to get the medium badge without "premium" units, even without using these the game provides through daily rewards (calendar) and mission rewards. Just by upgrading the regular units. But it takes a couple of months of playing a few minutes each day.

Because there is nothing redeeming about it. Its just a copy + paste of every other crap "MMO" where all you do is click something to build it and wait for the timer to count down. The combat is so simplistic its hard to even call it a game. Its also so buggy its almost unplayable.
Thank you for your opinion, but really you should play at least 5 minutes the game, before share a opinion based in a not experience of the game at all.

Holy hell, stop the effing flashing arrows pointing to all kinds of crap on UI if you aren't going to let me click. If you are going to do the usual forced tutorial of click here, place building, first boost free!, get achievement, level up, place second building, etc strategy, don't have 3 damn arrows constantly blinking.
Thank you for your opinion. The tutorial is fast enough, and show to you in general terms what you can do in our world. As Iron Rage gave a lot of content and some are deep, we need to try each new player to understand this tutorial. That is why the full-screen mode, and all the arrows you mention. but as I wrote, is fast enough.

I find myself agreeing with solzerid, yet knowing that if I said the same, my comment would mysteriously disappear. Maybe it's because I call for necessary game information to be shared on Kongregate forum, not only on some other server where the devs can kick any player out if a player highlights some of the bugs in the game. The devs call this "hurting the community", "lies" and "fake news". I'd say if you start an in-game event you might want to let people know about it. That's what the Kong forums are for. Instead you keep the information strictly on another server and silence people who ask for equal sharing of information. And no, the chat is not for that, people don't have the chat open 24/7 so they can't all check if you happen to drop a hint there.

Not only is this game's genre the generic P2W trash that is the gaming equivalent of a rat infestation, but it is the single buggiest game I have ever played on Kongregate. Constantly crashes which results in lost resources. Leaks like a sieve, and yes AgentIR I know that Flash is inherently leaky, but I have played a lot of other games where the developers were talented enough to code something that worked (they tended to debug it before release rather than just forget about it). Dev blames all their problems on everyone else (like when their servers went down and then blamed it on Kong) and gets downright hostile at the smallest bit if negative criticism. Everyone involved should be fired except for the people in charge of the art and writing because the world it is set in is actually cool, but I can't bring myself to play it long enough to see what happens in the story.

PVP has two options: 1) farm world ranking by pursuing very lengthy daily events and likely needing to break win streaks to maintain a low league to find matches or 2) push regular pvp ranking for end season rewards.
The last three seasons have seen me get a "white" crap hero 3x, being told to deliberately tank my own rank to get into the right bracket for the actual good hero, and then being criticized for match fixing when I tanked my bracket.
Meanwhile, tanking brackets was a bad idea because for the second time the devs decided to give out double rewards by issuing both last seasons heroes and this seasons heroes. This meant bonus gold or hero unless like me you were unlucky with the timing.
Also, I wasted 700 gold to do a 7th run on an event that was set for 6 days but needed 7 runs; only to have the devs mysteriously give a free extra day but no refund.
Apparently citing this gets your forum posts get deleted.

What an useless event. All I got from it were some manuals I have plenty of. Also lost some of the best troops in the game because you can't heal them after the last battle. All because the devs refuse to give event information except on a different server or if you happen to be on the chat at the exact right moment. And BTW the battles are best fought on full screen so no chance to read chat while playing. Oh, and the devs call telling this "hurting the community".

It feels pretty frustrating that I am just constantly way short on fuel, which blocks me from taking any action, even construction. Production structures feel very poor early on, even upgraded, and I can't even hold enough materials to build more without upgrading my main building for literally days. At level 14 and been bottlenecked on fuel for awhile, leading me to be unable to build or battle more than a couple times a day. I don't even understand what I'm supposed to do about it since I can't build more and I've done every mission I can see that rewards fuel. I don't think it's a good idea to have fuel costs in construction, at least for early levels.

Only had the problem mentioned below corrected after I caught Agent on chat. Of course I got blamed for that too, apparently I "harm the community" if I mention the problems or bugs in the game. But to give credit when it's due, you may actually get equal treatment if you try long enough.

One player tells about a problem with the current event. I post my entry on the same thread telling I had that same problem. In response AgentIR gives the first player a nice compensation. I get my post deleted and nothing else. Talk about fair and equal treatment.

Ahjenta, yes, it might be misleading, but i am just going to clarify: the success chance is the chance that you will get the reward at the end of the expedition, but it does not count the ambushes you have to fight back on the way, on another note, apparently the success chance is not related to the unit strenght at all, who knows why...

Sent a force with "100% success" chance to Knowledge Day event. First battle I fought, my force was completed destroyed. Didn't even slow down the enemy troops who rushed and captured my base. Don't call something "100% success" if it isn't true.

This game is so filled with problems that I can't give more than 2/5.
After 30 stars the game passes from Captain Walker solo win to nonsensical tanky 'infantry' the enemy flood you with...
Every thing requires STEEL??? I've crapton of Recruits or Ammos that are completely useless... ffs put 1000 steel in every mission as reward not stupid recruits or ammo that have no use since you need STEEL to consume the other things to begin with.
Also FUEL is almost rare as STEEL is and it's the second most needed thing.
And when the game crashes you lose everything even if a battle isn't started you lose huge amount of fuel for absolutely no reason. You can't seriously take away the fuel before the loading even completes I haven't even played at all and the battle can't be resumed after a crash.
But the STEEL joke is the biggest drawback... never seen a game where the most needed resource is the hardest to obtain.

Reported a bug and "AgentIR" deleted it because I told him not to limit compensation links to discord. Basically if you get a bug that costs you (and this game has plenty of those), you only get support if you are on a different server. As long as they discriminate against Kongregate let's keep their rating down towards 1 star. This post will likely be deleted by AgentIR because it's true and they can't deny it. They want everyone on discord because there they can edit every comment and pretend everyone loves their P2W product.

Is there a point in the game when I can control my heroes? I fought a PVP where they were somehow able to keep their hero hanging around defending the main base. My guy tends to just walk right into a hail of bullets and I lose because my forces can't get ahead of him.

obvious that people have used money to be more superior in this game, making it unenjoyable for people doing the game properly by chosing their own upgrades on certain aspects of the base army and rated games are unfair and cant be won.

Dear Developers of this game, I believe that people are starting to lag hack the pvp. To where they effectively make it so you can't use or move troops while they capture the entire map and "mysteriously" win, while you are defeated. I've noticed this pattern when playing the higher total win players that the lag just "magically" seems to benefit them. I've tested my connection, and my connection is good, I hope you fix the vulnerabilities to your game. Also, the heroes need desperate re-balancing among other issues that are quite apparent in pvp.

dang even the kred costs for some upgrades that won't benefit you for too many levels are CRAZY. seeing that I cant open most of my rewards from battles without waiting, have to upgrade many things a half dozen times just to be able to store enough (after more waiting) to buy things that will help me in the game. every single thing has a cost and wait timer. Ive got all this cleared territory that I dont meet some level requirement of, and without them I can't improve my troops to make them useful. lots of catch-22 even if you try to focus on a narrower goal. only way to break that is with what, a thousand kreds? then even if I do that, I gotta wait and grind to get enough resources to build the thing, then wait some more, then grind and wait for the resources to do the research that might just let me get another 3 or 4 stars before I gotta do all this again? too bad this game looked like it had potential.
