Hi dear support, i lost many tries on Houndred thousend sons of Saint Louis campaing, can you pls give them back to me or compensate, that would be nice. 1 try at offensive of the 3rd corps, 1 try at capture of madrid, 3 tries at Molitor offensive and 2 tries at Blockade of Barcelona, If you could refund the ressources and tries that would be great. tutorial is too anoying i have to wait 5 hours to play a game and "learn" all the stuff that i could figure out by myself in 5 minutes

The best way to get your first hero: friend each and every person in the Warbanner chat room. Then request them all silver! Worked for me, it doesn't take very long depending on how many people you friend!
I like the game I do not think it is pay to win. (Please do not down vote because I said this)

Dear player, we will change nothing. You can get a lot of free (premium) resources if you are one of the top payers (not pLayers, mind you!), and the glitches and freezes? Well, we won't fix those either. You can request your wasted resources back, but the bugs stay. No discussion.

This game could be potentially great but it's spoiled by two obvious things: lots of crashes and gold rush. To find how often it can crash a day just start playing. For gold thing (PTW) - you can hire unique units, heroes in this game for gold (rare in game, you need to pay for it with real cash) FOR HOURS. Yes they tend to disappears after a few hours of game play ;-)
And everything last forever unless you use gold. Yes your hard earned IRL money

Ugh. We've ALL played games similar to this. Like Clash of Clans, (though that was far from my first game of this genre) The last thing we need is a tutorial that not only forces your hand on every little thing, but it also lasts way too long. I'm like 20 minutes into the game, still in the tutorial. I know how to play the flipping game, it's pretty dang self-explanatory.

Okay listen here you ********. First battle I do when I get into game is done by who? Your 2 year old monkey you keep in basment for ****** purpuses? Why did my men DIE? Why not use artillery from start????? Why not use cavalry from start? WHY DID THOSE MEN HAD TO DIE? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! 0/10 I HOPE YOUR PET DIES!

i am thrilled to see that this game has finally been completed. After taking a break for two small years i can genuinely say that i am ecstatic about the changes made to the game. before i used to be very angry with the developers but now, i can say that i will be a consistent player for life, Good job guys!

Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to enable players to purchase the "special offers" using gold, instead of just "Kreds"? It would be nice to level the playing field a little, not that I have that much gold. Just a thought.

Well I tried my best, up to level 7 but then I say no more: getting resources is super hard, getting pillaged is super easy and there is few strategy in this game overall. Too much war for me

I tried, but I am giving up on this game. My battle glory has been less than 100 since I started. And every day, I get attacked and defeated by ppl who glory is over 200. What's the point of attacking players who are less than 1 third of your strength? It shouldn't even be possible. The only respite I get is the shield, after an attack. Too bad. This seemed like a cool game. Later.

@phillknowlden3 Warbanner is normally updated weekly. There are messages sent weekly (normally on Wednesday) by the admins. Sometimes it is almost posted in the forums
