Sorry for asking again, but i don't know how to reach flag number 11 in room 6,1 i know how to reach the first 10, but for the one after that with the single spike, one left arrow, and 3 boulders, with one of them blocking the next flag but has an opening above where it is to push one into, if a visual video walkthrough eventually arrives showing how to do every room with all stars and cats gotten, then i would not have to bother anyone with this.

Amazing game, you somehow manage to make it difficult without being complicated. And it really does get easier with time - not because the game is easier but because we finally start understanding the logic of the game. 5/5 Loved it

wish i could turn off base teleporters cause in a specific room when i try to get the star when i finally have enough steve's i walk in the teleporter

A lot of the rules to this game, like how exactly multiple cats respawn when you die, are really weird and counterintuitive. I wish the mechanics were more logical.

Spawn on the pink flag between the red spikes and dark flag, then move R L U, R D, L R.
Now you can free all the cats with U L U. Work your way across the lower spikes to the two pink flags, die to reset the moving rocks, then step on the upper spikes when the first moving rock is on the last green arrow. Move the other cats a few times and you'll get pushed across. :-D

I am going to wait until there is a visual Walkthrough vid showing exactly how to get past every room and get every cats and stars that have them in it, i don't know how to get to the third flag in room 4,4 :(

tip to romm (1,11) star gaining. DD RUU LUD hit 2 flag, spend steps and die. with 3 cat hit the 3rd flag over trap and die.
DDU hit 2 flag and die.
LL DR UU LDDU hit 3 flag and die. with 4 cat get the star //
with this i clear the game. when puzzle seem impossible, i feel very frustrated. but with tip on commend, i cleared room one by one and finally i figued out how to get the stars by myself.
i will memory this game very long.

If you're having trouble getting stars, ignore them and keep playing the game. The game later showcases new mechanics and tricks that you'll need like in Super Metroid.

Is (4,4) bugged or something? It seems like you get to the 3rd flag the same way you get to the 2nd, but when I try that I don't get pushed the last space.

ok seriously- how do you do the one that's right below the two empty spaces next to base 8???? the one with the boulders that duplicate... I seriously can't figure this one out. Any hints?

I don't think the game design is bad. It's an enjoyable and original game with a simple ruleset, something that's pretty hard to do, as many of these ideas are already taken. A lot of the negative criticism I read is caused by the game mechanics not exactly accomodating a player motivated to grab the badges. The badge requirements are choices made by someone else than the game designer and the original game was not designed around enabling badge hunting.

tip to (8,10), (8,11)
just remember that if you change the room, than step are refreshed and set to 5.
so in 8,10 just go down and before you die, change room, and continue

I'd kill for a way to undo the last move... I get everything lined up perfectly, then I press one wrong button and it's back to the base :(
Perhaps an "undo one move" option would improve the game's quality of life. Working it into this game would take a lot of time, but I think I'll put that in the sequel.
