this game isent even fun there's no tutorial or nothing lol. 1/5 for being this hard of a game without a tutorial is bad design

A few tips: First, pay a lot of attention to the sounds. Second, use both hands: I prefer the right one for W and D, and the left one for A, S and space. Once you know which means what, and you are familiarized with the enemies, always sprint. This will make the game much easier: Long obstacles won't need perfect timing, and you will advance much faster. Either way, sprinting always it will be completely necesary for the last level, because it's the only way to escape the rider.

I just put this game into Hot New Games because I'm collecting some data on how hard the badge for completing level 5 should be. It will either be hard or impossible. great game, cool it gets badges. the "average gamer" will surely hate these badges (and the game), cause the game is damn hard :)

I was quite surprised at this game, it is far better than I thought it would be. Being given little to no instructions and being left to figure it out as you go is satisfying and works well with the simple obstacles and controls. Failure resulting in instant defeat adds tension, and enemies/you being killed in one attack adds to the gritty feel. The character us interesting, and lack of backstory works well. Also, not in a perverted way, but the fact you can see her breasts and there is animation to that is a unique feature that adds character and attention to detail. Really I am quite impressed - good work, EvilDog!

The armor, it does nothing. Except maybe provide some decency. :P Personally I like the armor, except for the helmet.

es genial jugarlo con audifonos, así no solo se puede saber de donde van a venir las flechas por las instrucciones de hippolyta, si no que tambien se puede saber gracias al paneo que tiene el sonido de las flechas, y bueno ademas de que la musica y las voces son geniales =D. Excelente juego 5/5

mikesully I don't have to say it, evildog and sickdeathfiend games are ones of the best in kongregate, epic graphics, epic gameplay and incredible voice acting

For the silly level of difficulty this "no error allowed" type of game has, the stages , especially level 3, are way too long to be fun

"You're dead slave!" Yeah, it seems like a real bright idea for you, a farmer who has probably never seen battle to go up against the naked, blood soaked, javelin wielding warrior woman with nothing but a pitchfork.

immersive, and it provided a great training for my reflexes. the excellent graphics/art style and unforgiving gameplay are really a plus too. 5/5 and favourited, i find myself going back to this and playing it every once in a while

I'm not going to lie, I'm beginning to question my maturity and restraint here. I feel like a twelve year old mesmerized by the sight of bouncing boobies. Suddenly I realize that watching topless women ride horses is possibly what's been missing from my life all along. Granted, judging by what I hear from the lady folk I'm fairly sure that miss hippolyta would likely be in agony in anything less than a sports bra, but hey.

I strongly recommend going by the sounds. Memorizing the sound that belong to every attacker makes it easier to anticipate:
“DIE!” “HIYAAARGH” (it’s a man’s yell) “Get ready!” “Prepare yourself!” “It’s you [and me]!” means there’s a rider, so block (a)
“See you in hell!” “It ends now!” “Honor and glory!” “hold!” “I’m ready” “for Morden” means there’s infantry, so jump (w)
“Where are you going?” “Stop! STOP!” “You’re dead, slave!” “stay back!” “stay away” means there’s a peasant, so throw your spear (space)
“incoming!” “Archers!” “Arrows” “Watch out” means arrows and blocking (a)
“Arrows from behind” “Archers behind us” “watch your back” means, well… duck (s)
“you’re mine!” “Slaughter!” “You can’t escape” “come here” “I’ll get you” “slow down!” means you’ve got a follower. Go faster to escape him (d)
When you get to the end of a level, go faster (holding d) until you jump.

I gave this one star. More stars if it had playability features like checkpoints and better keystroke detection. As it is, the faulty keystroke detection makes the lack of checkpoints even more frustrating, since what amounts to game bugs can send you back over the beginning of the level. Seriously, if you want to ride the "most classic games were hard" horse, you need to implement the basic features that made classic games playable: two of which were checkpoints and MAKING YOUR CHARACTER DO THE THING YOU TOLD IT TO, WHEN YOU TOLD IT TO.
Um, yeah. Until you fix the incredibly b0rken gameplay, this is teh suck.

I hate how the game sometimes lags right when I press a key so it doesn't register with the game, no matter what graphics setting it's on. I promptly fail and die. Also, having checkpoints would be nice instead of running the same 5 minutes over and over again from the beginning of just one friggin' level.

I get on my horse and race out of slavery... to get caught on a branch that looks like its part of the background art. This is IWBTG bullshit difficulty, and I'm not one of those masochist who thinks games like Dark Souls is a fun game. Yes the game is pretty, and it makes an attempt at a decent storyline, but no, I refuse to break my keyboard over crap like this.
