super horrible lag... i would love to play it on their website, but then i dont get the badges! i wish they would fix the lag for kongregate! its a fun game to play (or at least to make your own songs) but almost impossible with the lag to play!

I find it very hard to play with the circular arrangement of the input points. It's biggest problem is it is hard to tell which note comes earlier and which comes later. This isn't a good game until the circular arrangement is changed back to the classic parallel arrangement.

Geez why do people keep hating on the control system?! I THINK IT'S AWESOME! Seriously I'm so tired of that Guitar Hero style runway crap, because everyone does that. Honestly I think this system is just as easy if you're not an uncoordinated nincompoop.
In any case, I think this game is AWESOME, has a wonderful interface both for playing and creating music, and it should get 5/5 from everyone. The number of covers is sweet! The variety of rifs for you to play in your own music is amazing! Heck even the band designer is awesome!
Only two things I can think of that I'd really like to see: a multiple select-copy-paste function for grabbing the whole band's rifs and copying into another place, esp for complicated choruses, and girls and long hair in the designer.

Good concept. but the bubbles that move to the beat aren't always on the "beat" and they aren't smooth enough. I beat all the Guitar Hero's on expert and this was a PAIN on normal due to the ineffective key-stroke-timer-circle-thing.

There's an advice for the circle thingy: Try using upper/lower or left/right balls for left/right hand. I just changed the lower buttons to IOP and use them with my right hand, QWE are in my left :P That really helps.

The six-shooter controls are neat and a nice new idea, but it simply doesn't work. It MIGHT be better if the circle was bigger, and gave you more time to react instead of being so fast and clumsy.

I give up on playing this. It is WAY TOO laggy. I can't even make a streak larger than 20 because then, one note lags and f**k up everything I've done until now. I know it isn't Newgrounds fault, but they should've corrected it before launching the game on a website like Kongregate. On the other hand, that doesn't make the game the worst in its segment. It is good. Except for the lag. I'd give it a 3/5.

The music writing part is pretty fun, but the most fun I had was with the live concerts. The Six-Shooter note chart is pretty fun. And inventive.

It did improve as it went on, but... the shock-value obsessed intro completely set the stage for a game that was far short of what it should have been. Clumsy controls, characters who were simultaneously anonymous and unlikeable, no motivation, etc. At least, in its defense, it did have a readily available mute feature which aided the game considerably. 2.5/5

IMHO, absolute shite controls. Pretty much unplayable for me. 2/5. I know you were trying to make something different from the SCGMD series but you should have stuck to a similar control scheme.
