Finished. It takes waaaaay too long and throughout, I had no sense of how my lead character was getting any stronger. Saving up for the better 'monsters' is also very time consuming, which is a shame as this game should be played by everyone if only to see how a really good game can look when a developer cares enough to really pull out all the stops. 5/5 though - but I can't see myself dusting it off to play again...simply too long....

just finished the game on normal. I don't think I want to do it on more difficult levels. the game is simply too boring in the long run.
this game would make use of some constant units production button IMO.
fifth chapter was quite difficult. until I discovered that spamming rabbits wipes everything clean! my strategy? one penguin and then loads of rabbits :-) hilarious...

Could there be an issue with some upgrades of items? For example the "food mace", it gives me 6 food, no matter if its +0 or +8. Similar with the ring of prayer, with or without a ring +4 I regenerate mana at the same speed (checked with a stopwatch ^^).

Bug? I've finished the last level 5-24 and have gone back to previous levels, like 5-23. However, I'm not getting any more item drops, even with two +11 fortune rings equipped. Awesome game though (except for that annoying friggin pig and worm). 5/5

Great game, but the stupid ghosts are cheap. Not "hard" or "challenging", just annoying and cheap, when I have way more units than they do but 5 ghosts appear in front of the dog and one-hit-KO him.

The difficulty balancing is a bit off. The game starts off easy, gets hard just before the middle point, becomes easy again just after the middle and by the end its ridiculously easy.

"If this is a world of equal critters, why is a dog riding a horse?" If this is a world of equal humans, why are people riding a cab? 1500 people equate all of the service industry with inferiority - nice job!

Good game My suggestion is that you make a few more units because I have almost all units expect 2 and I am not even half way done

I bought this game from the app store when it was first released and after all this time I still play it. Great to see an online version now.

Stage 24 with the auto-eat-your-monsters-in-one-bite-plus-horde-of-death-raining-enemies seems nigh impossible so far. Grinding away at the prior level... maybe if I hit level 200...

great game. I agree with all of Eimazein's suggestions, but have a one of my own. First in the use whatever comes up maps (maps 3 and 15 on each page) and the defend the carriage missions, don't have ranged units go all the way to the end. Its not a problem in normal maps because the enemy fortress is in the way so they stop to shoot but in these maps ranged units will walk right up to the edge to be immediately killed by the first enemy that spawns.
