Include Darkdog in this one and Paladog's units should have an upgrade choosing bar. If you can do this, than include new units like lion the mighty or The ark. That would be pretty nice.

Tactical advice:
1. DON'T level up Paladog's hp/regen/def/speed AT ALL. Instead keep him behind your units and invest those skillpoints into upgrading your food/mana regen and aura buffs.
2. Having a squad of long range damage dealers and some meatshields in front of them is a good strategy throughout the whole game. (If your meatshields are dying, buy a heal mace - if they don't die, soon you will run over the enemy.
3. Rings that give you more gold/exp go a long way. They accumulate a big advantage for you through the easier levels, and if there's a harder one, you can always keep other rings in stash (max mana/mana regen) that you can use.

Here are my suggestions.
Paladog has a No-Mana-Using weapon, like a sword. The ability of upgrading one specific skill. A never ending mode.

I think the game is awesome but, i think its time to take a chance and make a sequel. to make it in my top five it should have these things. 1. having his child have his powers to beat the different legions. 2. having his units have a different appearacne so they are tougher than before, and 3. an oracle, ok its a stupid idea but trust meoracles always hit the jackpot including new mace and include swords to it to make it more fun!! Fazecat, if your listening hear me now bucause this would be a cool idea.

Perhaps a some kind of ring or ability to see the ghost characters, they destroy me every time and I wish their was some way to counter them.

@NoobOfMyLifetime: you are not a newbie-pro cause everyone with the slightest bit of knowledge in strategy games can easily clear the first 2 areas without any problems, and i don't even use your strategy. I'm already over 300 stars still without serious trouble. And by the way: you might want to prioritize food production before prayer and just spam bunnies in the early levels

I hate it when games give decreasing exp and gold with higher difficulty. It doesn't make the game harder as long as you replay levels. Its just more grinding. More time wasted.

Really COOL and ADDICTIVE game! Thank you for that master piece Fazecat!!! I've been playing it for some weeks now - every day an hour and I really enjoy it ... :-))))
@Kongregate Staff: About the Badges: "The Undead Menace Badge" (hard) is a subset of the "Perfectionist Pooch Badge" (hard). So to get it, you HAVE to get the other one too.
Wouldn't it make sense that they have different "values" like "hard" and "impossible"?

This game is too long by about 20 hours...I spent 24 hours maxing everything out, because I'm cool. Quitters are not cool. I might by cool and a winner now that I think about it. Has anyone else beat this game or just me? I'm the awesomest Paladog player to live. I wish I could battle other humans simply to assert my gamer dominance.

easy way to farm:
get a AOE weapon such as Turn undead mace,
get a turtle upgrade till 10 ++,
and farm at lvl 12......
keep spamming turtle........
and just use AOE weapon to attack

A nice "hack" is to summon only archers and wizards: in aura range wizards freeze enemies, and even ghosts aren't problem (with freeze and food staffs).
