for those losing save games, i believe if you close your browser after a level, instead of "x'ing" back to the main menu from the map screen, you may lose your save. I suggest you try this

Don't upgrade any units at first, just keep getting gold until you get "Elite Rhino", start with one of those at the beginning of every level then spam "Hood the Rabbit"s, get a second Elite Ehino when it gets low on health if you dont use the heal mace. This makes the game a lot easier, is a valid strategy on hard difficulty and makes the caravan levels waaaaaay easier, but -will not work against ghosts-, i usually just spam "elite rhinos" and "Bear the Royal Guard" on ghost levels. Upgrade units only after you get "elite rhino"s

I come with a simple question, does a higher level food mace have any benefits over a lower leveled one? It's only use is exchanging mana for food, and it doesn't increase the exchange rate at all. So... Should I use one that has no enchantment and sell all my higher powered ones?

it would be cool if you could have some tatics. even if it is just a stay at base and a advance button. it would make it much better then sending one soldier forward and hope it doesnt die before the next soldier reches it.

Does anyone know what the pink crowned mummy does? He just stands there, creating explosions at his spot, without harming my units.

My Strategy in chapter 3(Iced something): 3 or 5 Penguin for ice and a hundreds of Rabbits for arrow and a 2 rhino for tanker!=OWNED! :))

Golden maps: Go for food regeneration upgrades and gear, upgrade the rabbits, buy as many as you can, stay with them for the aura buff (penetrating arrows with area damage) This will work until the mirror Paladog boss. By then you should have the Purple Dragon, add it to the spawn rotation. With enough food regeneration you can summon 10-15 rabbit between 2 dragon cool down and beat the whole game with this tactic.
Green levels are all about luck. Just don't give up until you get a good skill drop. Let the enemy closer to you, so your units can use the aura. Try to save meteor and lightning rods for the big pack
On purple map choose a line, put a rhino or 2 kangoroo on the front, 10-15 rat behind them, then again some damage dealer and rats behind them. Put 2-3 bears on the other lines to hold up the enemy while your rat train reach then end.
Blue maps are the same as golden maps.

i hate losinhg xp after a lost battle; i'd rather it let me keep my xp earned. especialy after a long battle it's unfun if i lose all i aerned during the battle.

The game got a little easy toward the later levels when I realized (after the tall guy in the soccer outfit that kicked your guys) that having dozens of mice to take all the punishment while a couple dragons or rhinos (and your mace) did all the damage made the levels easy.

quite an amazingly addictive and fun game you've developed here. I like how you made many different types of stages. The archers however, seem incredibly overpowered though.. I haven't gotten to "hell mode" yet but so far, I'm at the fourth set of levels and I've been able to win every battle just by spamming archers and using some magic here n there. Still, 9/10.

The green levels are not "luck" based. If you see that one of the green levels gives you a plethora of bears and kangaroos, but you've failed to level them up b/c you were focused on getting rhinos, it forces you to level up the bears and kangaroos. You can't just skip ahead in this game, you have to put in the time, again, it is not "luck" based.

really dull... to less gold and way too easy except for the green levels. pink level are passed by spammin mouse fighters on the first lane while using your mana to defend the other lanes long enough. bosses and carraiage defend levels like any other level are passed by spamming archer, sonce you have about 15 to twenty, they are unstoppable - win in about 2 to 3 minutes. the only "difficult" levels are the green ones, but those are purely luckbased and so not really difficult, but just frustrating.
i guess levels are supposed to be passed differently, so they take much longer and you have mre money? anyway. i'm in the fourth chapter and have not unlocked anything above turtles, because i lack the money. i don't need them, though, because, well, archers are OP, but it would be nice to unlock them, to try them out.

Nope, no skill involved with the 3's & 15's. If you don't get lucky with which critters get summoned you can't complete the stage. It's just luck.
