Have to go with Lord Bucket on this one. The balance is pretty brutally skewed within unit types. Sometimes the higher tier units are very poor fighters. The Karma collection system needs explanation. The game, overall, needs MUCH more clarity. The "tutorial" was more of an "introduction". Seems like an Epic Fail version of Epic War. Skaren has a good point too; what little plot there is seems... Weak... For future reference, a tutorial is supposed to teach a player HOW to play the game, not explain the background story.

Very strangely balanced. Sometimes units that cost twice as much as others are far less effective, sometimes upgrading tech is counterproductive, and the kalishnakov unit is an instant game ender. Money and karma awards are also not intuitive. It seems like we're supposed to gain karma for killing enemy units, but I've seen my opponent gain karma when I armageddon his units when I have none on the field. And the computer cheats. I don't believe it's a coincidence that when I save up, and the moment I put a panzer he suddenly puts three tanks on the field.

So I've managed to beat all difficulties, except for apocalyptic, by spamming the cheapest unit until I can level up, then buying a bunch of Kalashnikov soldiers once I get to Osama age. Doesn't work for apocalyptic mode though. Seems impossible...

It also seems that you get more karma from dying than killing, including if your tower is getting hit, so I guess the strategy in early game is to figure out how to maximize losses and minimize kills... very messed up game.

Hmm, interesting. I upgraded my leader's damage at the beginning of the game, but he doesn't actually do more damage...he always does 12 damage. I then tested all the other upgrades. Range upgrade doesn't do anything. If you look at the backwall there are lines. If you count from your tower, your tower always starts shooting before the sixth line, even when fully upgraded. As for the speed upgrade, I didn't notice any difference, and if there is it is very negligible. The only upgrade that actually seems to work is the meteor upgrade, which at level 2 lasts about a second more, and at level 3 lasts about 3 seconds more. So basically you're wasting your money if you upgrade your leader defense. Is this game unfinished or what?
