Chapter 2 Journeyman is the Unfair Mario of this game. +1 gold, +1 skull, and a knight on the third turn is just bullcrap. And no matter what you do, unless you've jacked up your cards by three levels, you're not going to be able to put out enough defense to hold off the blitz. You're not even going to touch the jerk, let alone survive long enough to mount a defense that he doesn't just casually wipe out every turn while his army remains untouched. In contrast, the first two fights are a cakewalk. Massive difficulty spike there, gentlemen.

Chapter 8's battle is WAY harder than any other campaign battle. She starts with 8 coins, 2 serfs, AND she steals your food production. It's just unfair...

So, apparently in the culture of this world you have dinner with the leader of the army you just totally obliterated. That's... odd? Also, great game. I've heard lots about endazu being really overpowered, though.

Just started playing it and its awesome, but, do the factions have a advantage against each other or are they on equal grounds?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
is it me or is there a bug where the 3rd battle of the first encounter generates heaps of skulls each turn without the need of cards?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
When you reach 60 minutes or less there is no unit to say whether that 60 is 60 seconds, minutes, days, or possibly even YEARS. Might want to adjust that. :P

OMG Ignore the last thing i said, I've found a way to beat it. :) I love this game because i find new ways to play it. :D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Ok Journeyman is horse sh*t, I'm on LITERALLY the FIRST battle playing amazing cards then they get wiped out and all i get from my deck is money and occupationally food...
If you do more badges, do 2 impossible ones of completing campaign on Journeyman and grandmaster....

After one of your recent updates, the computer opponents are ridiculously difficult now. I'm getting destroyed by apprentice level opponents. It's beginning to get very frustrating and if it continues I'll stop playing the game.

"Connection Lost - Sorry, but you have lost your connection to the server."
Looks like people found a trick not to die.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
there is a bug in the game:
when a card with retaliate is attacked several times at once and dies, the retaliation does not work, the blasts fired from the dying card just vanish

at multiplayer; whenever my enemy dromps below 10hp "connetion lost" message appears and i dont get the win?!!!!!!!!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
could You make the cheapest transaction needed 10 credits? 30 is rather costly in some countries and i really wanted to pay once to support you.

Quest: "Win 3 GrandMaster games in a row with Endazu". Win first game. Win second game. Screen shows "Victory", then "Communication Error". Reload the game. Game resets Quest. WTF?

A lot of people are praising it for it not being pay2win. While I do love this game and it's true that you can get everything without paying, it is still pay2win. If you pay for the packs, you get a serious advantage. This is troublesome for mp because it pairs you on how many games you have played. So I can get paired with someone who hasn't played many games, but has all these good cards. It is still pay2win. I do really like the different outfits though. You get something aesthetic and something that makes it more convenient but doesn't affect gameplay. So I have to give props to FCG for that one.

Vespitole have an alternative win condition, once you get all 10 coins in your hand ,you will only draw non coin cards creating an infinite loop farming skulls or magic for you win the game.

I love this game, the only thing I don't like is that there is not enough of it yet! Hurry on the campaign please ! =D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
dear dev:, you know the guy that starts with 4 serfs?
you know how he can win within 3 turns with the help of cards like tithe and spy network? yeah, get rid of that unfair shit

I've been trying alot of ccg online lately but war of omens is one of the better ones and with a bit more work could be great!
Only think that it shouldn't have a quest where you have to play against others for now because currently I've been trying to do so and there seem to be no other players for me to play against or that part of the game isn't working correctly yet...
for now 4/5

Very good and varied art - each faction has its style, not only color. Each faction has its own mechanic. Overall good theme, saoundeffects, tactics. Splenid, simply splendid CCG. Oh, and it's not p2w. That fact alone makes it "squared splendid"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I quite enjoyed this, especially the mechanics and the unlimited playing time. Sadly there's way too much grinding now that the campaign is unfinished and there are some other F2P CCG's that outclass this one.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like how different the factions really feel when you play them, that with different commanders give a pretty wide variety of playstyles to choose from so you don't feel shoehorned into playing something you don't really like.

Way too grindy. I understand there's a line to walk between motivating microtransaction and not, but all I do is see if there is another campaign mission, play it, then leave the game sit until there is another. ANY control over the oak pack would make interminable grinding somewhat interesting - like if you already have each of the cards that come up you could forgo a draw to increase the chance of a card you don't have, or even a tier increase next time. Then grinding out 5 billion games would mean something, but playing the same cards against the same opponents only to see the upgrade meter tick up 1mm when I actually draw a card I card about isn't fun. It's sad too because the game is well balanced. The Baroness fight at the end of Ch8 was great. I want to play the game, but the low chance of getting new cards and infinitesimal upgrade speed make it a misery.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Really pleasing to see a CCG with no limit on games played per hour or anything silly like that. Well done to the devs, I hope this sets an example for the rest of the genre.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I love the in game story during the campaign mode- except when shes bad mouthing your opponent and you know you're losing and you're just like "SHUSH Be Quiet giiirl! Quit antagonizing"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I completed chap. 8 but my conection crashed before the final text could appear so i lost the progress. The dev's should make a way to give our rewards sooner, no need to read everything or click "continue" button
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@brazilman144, FCG is in chat room #2 talking about how it appears as if the servers hosting this game are getting DOS attacked; Swamped with log-in entries to the point that the servers crash.

@brazilman144: If you "miss" a daily reward, the counter isn't reset like they do in most games. It keeps your current reward and day count.

So either Kongregate servers are busy (which they aren't) or this game isn't working with Chrome. As a fellow dev, if you are going to change the game and update it, you should really make sure it works with multiple supported platforms. Instead, you submitted a build that doesn't work. If I miss my daily reward today because of a developer pushing up a build that doesn't work with Chrome, I refuse to play anymore. That's a very good way to make people not want to play your game. Rules are fun and the game is interesting, you guys just need to make your builds work. I'm disappointed. Tomorrow I get my gem if I can get on today...
(P.S. I'm serious about not playing if I miss that. I did my part and played your game that you broke. If I miss a day because of that, that's your fault, not mine.)
