I cannot get through a part and I am reading the walkthrough. I was the cleaning fluid part cleaned the dirty mirror and got the book. The walkthrough says go the the "room on the left" but the room on the lower left part of the corridor is locked and I can't go back what do I do?

Wow, this game has such depth and detail! Anyone else notice the paintings in the asylum? Two of them were blank in the reflection. I guess someone didn't have a reflection to draw them in that dimension...

Walking speed is slow, and every obvious option doesn't work, with no hints for the next option to take (at the pub so far). I've had enough.

I'm wandering around the asylum after finding the people there. Lots of talk about Dorian. Who's Dorian?!? Very confusing.

There are so many frustrating things about this like the tablecloth which you could just clone, and "not feeling" like entering a place again where you could easily go into to clone stuff, and things that would make sense like setting keys down on the floor and stuff and just.... ugh.

Hmm...need a cloth. Have a tablecloth, but need it to cover a mirror. But the tablecloth reset in the original room, I'll just get another one....

the compass maybe in game 3 or 4 we have to use it. or maybe it that the thing your aunt gave you which you don't know what it is and you have to figure out the use of it.

I enjoyed it. Very British. The walkthrough is necessary though. The puzzles which require duplication don't make quite enough sense.

Great game! But it can be so slow sometimes. I wish I could walk faster or somehow see all the selectable items (like hit tab to view all the little boxes at once). Either way, 5/5.

I was hoping there would be some use for those dirty socks. Maybe some reason to put them on someone's reflection face so they feel nauseous in the real world; could be a good way to create a distraction. Or put them in a mirror world air vent and clear an entire room in the real world! I would probably be so busy finding ways to use my new found mirror world powers for good [or evil] and forget all about finding my mirror twin. Then again, I get easily distracted. Hey, can mirror twins step through mirrors into the real world? That would be freaky!

Chapter 3 bring it on!!
I just played 1 & 2 back to back and I loved it! Got stuck a few times but managed to work my way through systematically. This story is getting juicy!

Just played Chapter 1 and 2, loved them... Now hopefully the wait to 3 isn't too lon- Oh. This chapter is brand new... I'm gonna have to actually wait.

Hmm, I think there was a glitch. The first time I went through the mirror world of the first room of the asylum (after breaking through the window and going through the mirror inside) and I closed the closet, I went up the "dissolved" wall, and the "door with no handle" was also in that room. I went somewhere else and came back, then the wall was dissolved...

This game was hard enough to make me use a walkthrough for bits of it, but then again, it is a good story, good controls.

What the heck? How does this amazing game have a 3.5 rating while various idle and mmo garbage have ratings over 4.3? What is wrong with people, this game is a real geM!

I need to mirror a key. Gee would be nice if I could walk back to the room with the mirror and the key board. "I don't wanna go back there." ... WHY THE HELL NOT?! I don't mind having to figure out how to solve a puzzle, but when obvious solutions are blocked off like that, I get sort of frustrated.
Seriously, you introduce that mechanic of mirroring and cloning items and then the solution to the next puzzle outside the maze is that contrived fish hook thing that no one will ever come up with unless they get so frustrated that they start combining random items and trying them on random hotspots? What a shame!

I think I found a bug. When I entered the Asylum abandoned building, I could not progress because I did not go into the main building before, and it won't let me out once I entered the window.
