Possible bug: started as a Barbarian, (pure combat skills), later on decided to learn a holy skill(like lvl 14 later on) and became a Paladin :(

Further information (maybe upon mouseover) on what statistics actually do would be greatly appreciated. Right now I can't tell if I should prioritize items with more raw damage or better Attack or Dexterity stats.

what's going on with the pointer movements? Feel like an inconsistent accelleration feature: I can move the pointer smoothly across the top outside the flash player, but inside the game it jerks and stutters. Makes it quite hard to play when enemies are moving targets (moving because the camera always follows the hero-icon)

The game is impressive and all, and I sort of like it, but I feel I'm being punished for using my mouse: the bad guys don't seem to be getting tougher as much as they seem to be harder to hit, and clicking in the dark I can't really tell if they're evading or if my character is waving that axe in the wrong direction.

Not a bad game. Just don't really see a reason to play this though when there is better dungeon crawlers out there right now. This would have been good for an older time, but it's far behind it's time. It also has no good story, animations/particles, no aiming system so you constantly walk around instead of attack, & no quality settings.

For those playing the Ranged Skill Tree, learn the skill Serpentine Arrow, its like Diablo 2's Amazon's guided arrow skill, just hold down shift and click near a enemy, it will automatically chase them, you can even do hit and run with that skill since it hits more than 1 times and each time steals HP and MP if you have any equipped. Thumbs up so players will never have a problem with aiming system anymore!

What the hell, what a shitty world, there is zombies EVERYWHERE, even around city.
They experienced the zombie apocalypse before us guys.
Otherwise, very good game, gratz!

On my Paladin I managed all the way until near the end on Heroic with melee and healspam, didn't use Murk Blade until L36 and then used that to butcher my way through rather than take enemies out one at a time. It's doable, but haaaard.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yup, dark lord it is. . . I dont think anyone else can hack it on heroic with this ridiculous damage coming in. With the health, armor, and evade buffs on and life leech you are pretty much set.

*Starts using Murk Blade* Aaaand rather than having a hard time against a swarm of spiders, I don't need to bother healing.

As much as I love this time of games, I just can't get into this one. The pace is way too fast and it feels like you lack control over your character. If the devs improve it, it will be a very good game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I should consider investing in HP/hit right now, since I'm at the point in Heroic where heal-spam cannot keep up even at >300 HP/second. Paladin is indeed tough in Heroic, a Dark Lord would have been quite nice.

Honestly if you want to coast through the game go for a dark lord start and focus entirely on grim dagger, murk blades, and rift skills since all proc on hit effects you can recover huge amounts of mana and health by stacking groups of enemies through aggro and finishing them off. Grim dagger is for easy early game, murk blades is for bosses as dropping it exactly on them is five hits, and rift is costly but its amazing for larger groups and the end game boss with his summons.

I have a solution for aiming problem - make C'n'C style autoattack mode, so there will be less problem with aiming and you can still chose targets. And hand will be less tired.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I know it's been touched on by others already, but... how could you screw up so badly on the aiming? I should not be clicking on an enemy directly below me and have my arrows firing at a solid 90 degree angle from where my pointer is.

Fucking armor games with their shitty 9001 decibel into that god only knows why isn't muted with the game. Almost broke my speakers like 6 times. the only reason i gave this game a 4 opposed to a 5. Crappy peepee swords,

Yeah, mana steal plus multishot is really potent. Throw in a dark power for evasion and you're hard to hit. But even the archery tree gets it's own evasion skill.

Did I miss something? I saved the game, come back two days later and nothing? Or do I have to wonder where my cookies went? /sigh
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's a good idea to be a bowmaster with a dwarf race. At the first possible opportunity get the multishot skill. Then get the point blank skill. With MP and HP steal this makes you impossible to kill unless you get 1 hit KOed, which is unlikely, even if you are surrounded by 8 melee and 16 ranged units.

Great game, most enjoyable. Great gameplay, really enjoyable content. Bit short, would really like to see this made into a longer rpg, with more enemy, spiders bandits and undead are fun, but a bit limited. I expected after the character customization had three races that all three would be involved in the story. Possibly add a pvp mode, making the gameplay expand some more. Overall the battles were fun, although mouse aiming was difficult, and if you use the holy magic and get the second tier attacking magic you can just knock back all melee enemy, i did not even take damage from melee enemy towards the end of the game. graphics were good, nothing overly impressive but decent for a free flash game. Overall very impressive, though it would be great to see it expanded on and improved. 4/5, hope to see more!

It seems that the skills get some kind of level boost depending on something, maybe stats. For instance, my incendiary's actual level is XXXII, but with a boost, it's LXIV, dealing from 1330% effectively to 2290%.

This game has great potential. Already, it's about 85% of the way there, however, it is ungodly unbalanced. I just killed the "boss" in the crypt (Jorrak??) and I let him swing at me for about 10 seconds and was only hit 4 times. I then killed him in 5 hits... I'm playing a barbarian, and I run around on crit hit because when I attack I gain back my mana, so I kill everything in one hit. This could be fixed by adding a difficulty modifier, or by rewriting the buffs and attributes. Other than that, it's a good game 4/5. I look forward to a sequel. Hopefully???

Murkblades are OP by far.
I cant die and/or get out of mana.
Im a Level 9 Dark Lord and regenerate 10x5xhit enemies
HP and MP per shot.
Even if i only hit 1 Enemy: 50HP & 50 MP regeneration per shot (!)

It might just be me.. but murky blades are so broken right now. Since it's 5 "saws" appear in a pentagon fashion, then cutting to the center. Each of those "saws" counts as 1 hit. These stack with per hit steals. So essentially I get 5x my life steal and mana steal per enemy that hits.. When fighting final boss.. just stood there and there was 5 - 8 ppl.. so it was minimum 5 * 5 * 21 hp steal (11 from lvl, 10 from equipment).. 525 hp gain per casts.. gosh..

seriously, did you try to play your own game? fix the aiming/running thing, it is currently unplayable for me. this is too bad, I realy liked the caracter creation and stuff. so far, only 1/5 :(

Your spiders are really creepy. Is there a possibility you'll make an update and allow us the option of turning them into bears or something, anything but spiders?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The Dark Lord class is a good class for heroic mode; entirely because you get .5 to HP STEAL and MP STEAL per level. So at level 20 you get 10 to both naturally, it REALLY helps. To get it you need to choose a 1 melee skill and 1 dark magic skill. You don't have to stick to melee and dark magic after you choose in the tutorial, though.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I could be missing something, but it would appear that some of the tutorial boxes don't have Xs or any other way to close them. This makes spotting enemies (which is already somewhat difficult due to the darkness) pretty annoying.

btw, serpent arrow? IT STACKS. yes, that's right, for every 8-hit arrow you fire off, you can fire another arrow that does the same thing, to the same target, as fast as you can click your mouse button. you can have 4 or 5 arrows all attacking at the same time, doing 8 hits or more each, at double damage or more each. do the math. NOTHING, not even ancient vamps, last more than a few seconds of that. And you don't even have to be facing your enemy to shoot. you can run ahead, point the same direction your running, and all those arrows will hit whatever is nearest, including whatever is chasing you. sorry, but for all the archer whiners? that makes serpent arrow hands down the most OP power in the game, and archers thus the most OP class.
