Green71 -- you use them for upgrading your magic equipment -- you have to go to a magician to do it. There is one in the first town -- he'll ask you in the dialogue if you want that option.

I love the class/attribute/gear systems. Different enough to be a fresh take on the genre, but still familiar enough to understand instantly.
The dark environments and bleak soundtrack of the game were a great choice in setting the tone of the game... but maybe were a little too heavy-handed.
The controls were, for the most part, awful. I thought it was just me being terrible at new game until I get comfortable with the controls, but after an hour there was no improvement. I found myself trying to look for skills that I couldn't miss with, but I don't think I should change my playing style to overcome an inherent flaw with the design.
This game could have been fantastic... but the aiming just makes it a chore to play instead of fun.
Stick with it, FireVictory. I love your game and if there is a patch or fix let me know. Keep making games!

Great concept and story. As others have said, a better aiming system and the ability to move the screen around without moving your character

maybe i just cant find the brightness button but it it WAY to DARK. It takes way to much effort to see whats in the area

What happens if I choose Dark Magic powers at level 4/8/etc? Does my class change? If so, what would my new class be (am currently a paladin)?

The 'dark lord' class seems overpowered. The mp gained by vampirism means I can use murky blades, which counts as 5 hits, for free. The hp per hit I get extra makes me practically invincible.

This isn't a bad Diablo clone, it's far better than some I've played and those weren't flash games. Thumbs up for sure.

i should say, when playing as melee, so the same thing candle was saying, just with a melee weapon instead of a bow. it works the same
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
play it just like oldschool diablo, hold shift and attack when you get near the enemies. pretty much got rid of the aiming issue

BinhV -- Press 'e' to change weapons -- but you have to have a bow equipped. You'll also have to hold SHIFT when you click to attack, if you want to stand still and shoot from a distance.

WHY DO THE ENCHANTMENTS ALL USE SPIRITUAL AND CORPORAL AAAAAAAAGH. I've spent the last couple of hours playing this game, so yes it's amazing and I love it, 5/5, but this stupid problem of getting enchantments in the wrong ration is obnoxious. About 3/4 enchantments require corporal or spiritual, but they're all equally rare. This means that after collecting and using the enchantments, I have about 30 enchants available that require the two, have none left, and have about 20-30 of all the other enchantments left.

Not really hard at all, heal+brutalize allows me to mob train entire maps as I encounter them and fight them all at once. I got an MP+ per hit sword and now I can heal infinitely in fights.

Good overall game, just one question; how does one use the enchantment potions? Life & mana no problem, but the enchantments seem only to be able to be sold.

thanks for the awesome game I really miss games like these lately there's been few making these kinds of rpg games I agree with the implementation of a aiming system and lastly thanks again for a good game. 5/5

Nicely done. very reminiscent of older RPG games which is a good thing. If it's not broke why fix it. I love the little graphical changes when you equip gear, sometimes overlooked but very much a welcome feature. A button to hold ground to attach might be good but other than that great game

Is there some way of disabling the tutorial that I'm not seeing? I'm the type of person who likes to create a bunch of different characters when I start this kind of game (until I find one I love), so the tutorial gets really really really annoying.

On a side note. The Damage Increase of "Posession" doesn't seem to work. My minion is supposed to do 180% more damage (or atleast 80% more damage if I'm reading it wrong) but when my living minion fights against "itself" (same enemy) they both seem to do the same amount of damage. I must mention that of course I have 180% on posession because of my Powers+8 (8 items holding Powers+1) so maybe it doesn't account for item influence.

Being the Dark Priest I was really happy with the duality thingy I got :) Beautiful top-notch game. Don't know why I can't get Armored Zombies as my Dark Minions, or the Returned Villian. I also decided to favor anything with "Powers +1", right now having 8 such (Helmet, Armor, Weapon and 5 accessories). My Dark Dagger is deadly to the touch to most enemies, with my +1 MP per hit on 2 of my items which hold powers+1, My Dark Minions get +100% Life points, my Cure heals 200 lifepoints. It's awesome ^^ 5/5

I see no link to load a saved game. Using most recent Chrome and Safari -- neither browsers show me a "Load Game" option.

Part of the reason why aiming is a problem is that the movement is also controlled by the mouse. Please consider having a WASD alternative.
