you should be able to make peace with another player then you can team up to fight the others the once you and your teamate have defeated everybody else in the game you can fight each other

I hate it when the enemies become maniacs and give all their armies to one territory then they end of capturing everything and you lose.

SillyGuy: you can't take Ukraine on your first turn, it's true. But you can and should take it (along with India obviously) on your second turn. From there it's easy.

The hard badge is almost impossible. To beat the computer at 6 turns on Europe you have to skip getting the continent bonus, where the computer does not skip. This leads to a very small chance of managing to take over Indonesia on turn 4 (so small, that it might as well be called the save and load badge.) In fact, the displayed chance of taking the territory via the analyze graphs with 10 armies is 0%. With taking Europe, the fastest course gives a 7 day win. The requirements to win this are: 1. Take each territory on the path with only 1 loss until contact. 2. Computer does not take over Australia on turn 2, which it almost always does.
This make the hard badge more a pain of constantly loading a saved game than anything else... and the times should possible be reconsidered to allow them not to be such a luck based grind fest... imo. Granted, this is more of a badge complaint than anything else!

Aargh, I can't beat level 3 second time. Any general tips? I try to get big territories that give armies ASAP (priority to ones that have bigger army/territories ratio) and at least one territory of other big territories so my enemy does not get armies. Anyway, one of AI still has more territories in the endgame.

After I conquered the world at the end of level 3, the largest army in history was assembled at the south pole. Also, later when I was watching the play-by-play, I found that the main reason I won was the amazing stupidity of my computerized enemies behind the fog. Their not always into fortifying their frontiers.

When working in teams, you should see your teammate's moves, it's hard to balance attacks on other territories when your teammate might attack the same place too

@jackvickers7: "Perhaps a multiplayer mode?" -- Did you miss the huge "Play team games with your friends at www.warlight.net" on the menu screen? :p

Hi, is there a problem with the risky business achievement ? I completed level 3 in 20 turns and challenge in 23, and I didnt get it.

If I remember correctly, during WWII, the allied forces were not blind to the enemy during the whole war like this game simulates. The Germans did not have precise information of ALL allied force movements. On the contrary, it was the Allied forces who knew quite precisely about all the enemy troop movements and supply lines. I will not replay this game over and over until I am lucky enough to crush the enemy forces by turn 3. That's just cheap game design.

the difficulty of the later levels detracts for me. I feel like a lot goes down to chance of where you start. I like the idea of team games in the later levels. but two sides to take over the world would be good in two phases... take over as a team, then turn on one another. the existing team games are heavily stacked against the human player.

When i think "I will win" they are crushing me with so much armies I can't even count, I like this game it's like my life. Great job !
