Would be nice if the adjoining arrows are displayed during army deployment as well. Sometimes, what looks like adjoining territories aren't and I find I wasted armies deploying there thinking they are, or missing out on fortifying an area because they looked separated. Especially when the border colour and the player colour are the same.

Dayvit78, all you have to do is at the main screen select settings and you can change your color. I don't know if you can change the color of your opponents

Strategy for Crazy: * Start in North America. The AI will fight in Eurasia * Conquer Canada/USA. On borders, match AI's army size (minimum 5); an AI will attack if threatened or there are no AIs to fight * Conquer South America/Greenland. Anger only one AI at a time * The AI cannot see through fog. Secure borders with 15+ armies behind the border under fog to not provoke counterattack. Use the "Y defense" to secure 2 borders at once. E.g. place an army in Paraguay to protect Brazil/Argentina from AIs in Africa/Antarctica * Save the game * One of the AIs should be stronger now than the rest. Preemptively attack that AI. Eurasia is vulnerable; it's (usually) best to go through Greenland/Alaska * If you attacked a weak AI, reload your save * Don't try to get bonuses. Focus on crippling the AI's bonuses by capturing large numbers of countries * Don't attack the AI's largest army. Recapture undefended countries it leaves behind. Eventually the AI will split their giant army, THEN kill it.

FizzerWL got to say great game, however for someone like me who has played risk-like games a lot until they have created a unstoppable approach to win, then it just gets to be the same thing.
But for this being your first game i have to say it is a very good game and i do like playing because of the way the AI change in strategy. So Good job.

This is amazing, good result of 3 years work. It makes me happy that a developer takes his time in producing the best for his fellow brethren in gaming.
One note, I have trouble attacking Kamchatka from Alaska... But, 5/5 definitely.(:
You have to zoom out so that you can see both at the same time (zoom buttons are in the bottom right corner of the map). Or you can click one, then click More Info, then select the other from the list.

its kinda slow, i mean theres a lot of logistics involved in this game. I mean i understand that the failsafes so you dont mess up your turn but, it makes this game take forever...

Level three was a pain, but I got it eventually. I kinda dislike that you ONLY get more armies for regions. I like the armies for totally number of territories, PLUS bonus for regions. Otherwise its too much risk between keeping your own territories for armys, and stopping your opponent. You should be able to disrupt your opponent's region bonuses by marching through a continent, and still get SOME armies yourself.

5 stars. interesting risk revamp. loved the FoW and the cards (though there should be some more, different cards). Loved the extended map too, adding complexity to the game... Europe was a bitch to capture and hold... all those borders :)

fun game, but it got annoying in lvl 3: too many area's and I constantly had the feeling that all the A.I players were against me..

I opened the history dialog on the first level. Tried to drag the gauge and the game crashed. Running Ubuntu Linux and Google chrome.

Is there a full screen option> If there is I can't find it... if there is not - could there be? Great Game - Pew Pew!!

hey, great risk adaptation, but just a function that could make the game less tedious, could we have a way of telling armies to travel to some distant area, one turn at a time? really helps when you have a big chunk of an army a long way from the frontlines ( after taking a continent, for example)

Great game, really impressive achievement for a first game and there's no real flaws I can see in the actual gameplay. A couple of possible improvements to the scenario maker: it would be great to be able to save scenarios so you can test them then go back and tweak them. More importantly, it would save a lot of time if you could give a player a whole territory. It's already possible to select a territory but the "slot" option is greyed out, so it should be an easy fix. One other complaint: I'm supposed to be doing work right now but I'm playing this instead!
Check out "Tips for entering custom scenarios quickly" at http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Custom_Scenario. You can't do an entire bonus at once but it could help. On WarLight.net, you can save your custom settings as a template and re-use it or tweak it.

The AI works together which is unfair. Not fun at all to play on the crazy map. The only stable start you can get is either US and conquering North+Central America. And once you do that, EVERY enemy reinforce their 5-9 into +20ish units and charges you from everywhere. From Russia into Canada, from Iceland into Canada, from Hawaii into the US, from Venezula or Colombia into central. Thats 3-4 different enemies that deploy 15 a turn at a combined total of 45-60 units per turn thats attacking you. EVERY ****** TURN.
Its utterly impossible to defend with just 25 reinforcements. Really bad difficulty design.
If you start anywhere else you wont hold your own area at all.
Crazy is a 1v3v3. That means that they are indeed working together - they're on a team. If you play a level like level 3, which is a 1v1v1v1, they don't work together.

Level 3 isnt too hard when starting in south africa
just went via antartica to south america and australia and drove the enemies north untill
extinction..

Europe must be the worst place for starting (at least on level 3). You're pretty much surrounded by enemies on all sides.

Gold star the first map: drop 5 in S. Europe then attack Middle east. You should have 3 in Middle East, drop 2 more there next turn, and then drop 3 in Scandinavia to attack Ukraine with 4, and attack India with 5 from the Middle East. Drop all your armies in India, and then hit Siam. Drop all armies in Siam and hit Indonesia. Drop all your armies in Indonesia and split up to attack New Guinea and W. Australia in the same turn. Drop armies evenly in New Guinea and W. Australia and then take out E. Australia for the 6 turn win. Might need luck on your side to take Ukraine, but it worked for me first try.

Your analyse curves seems to indicate that there is a max amount of attackers (1 dead) lost in an attack (4 attackers - 2 defenders) however I often find that I loose more. I suggest either removing the analyse curves, or correcting them.

Is there something wrong with the AI, on turn 2 , 2 AI's turned in reinforcement cards. How did they do that? Do they start with 2/3 of a card? Do the AI's get cards for every territory they attack and win?
Crazy lvl 5.
Teams share a pool of cards. So 3 players on a team, they each take a territory, they get cards three times faster than you working alone. This works in your favor on the europe level, but it works against you on crazy and insane.

sometimes it gets pretty frustrating, you conquer like 3 whole continents, when suddenly someone sends 150 troops at your border, and little by little takes over everything you just captured.
