Im so sad now because my game was saved, then firefox deleted the cookies. To everyone that is using firefox make sure that you dont have it set on automatically deleting your cookies.

I've seen a lot of people complain about the hired help, but I don't think its that bad.
It makes way more sense to have waiters in an Italian restaurant like this, plus you get to design a new character!
Somehow the hired help made the game more fun because I felt as though I had to make up a backstory for him! <3

maybe you could add a basic management game in this series?
we haven't seen a lot of upper management games and this could stimulate some players.
or you could add employees that does some of the boring things for you?
like a cook,waiter,builder. and you need more rooms. like side dish preparation rooms and assemble the meals in the main room?
and how about removable and add-on pots to prepare stuff in each level?
that could add a whole new level of game play, sure the programming is multiplied , this could double player satisfaction. as in managing more things, taking longer to learn. more content so the routine is not going to come as soon.
overall it's not very fun to play but you are just missing some elements!
P:S: how about adding a central restaurant that has content updated everyday that is basically a multilplayer game that is basically all the papa's franchise packed into a single game with more features.

@Melissa: The topping station is more than just topping placement. How well you pour your sauce and seasonings is also a factor.

The only problem i have with this game is the topping station. When a customers want two toppings like meatballs & mushrooms when i place them i get a low score. & i put them in the right spot but i score like 64%. Please fix that & I would rate the game a 5 stars, but for now i give the game 3 stars..PLZ FIX TOPPING RATING

It's irritating that the meats and mushrooms may only be picked up one at a time. You should be able to pick up a handful and drop them one at a time.

i thought jack smith was a good advancement of this franchise would like to see u guys keep trying new things, my main problem with your games is the lack of late game anything, by the time u unlock everything its grindy to just get through a few days and there isnt any adversity or story line to keep u playing and money ofc becomes useless

I love these games, but my main issue still is the grind it takes to get all the customers to gold. I think that if you get a perfect score with a customer you should get 2 stars for them as opposed the same one you get for everything else. It gives a added perk to strive to get perfection and would cut down on the grind.

This is my favorite of all of the Papa games - the seasonal stuff adds quite a bit of longevity to the game. The server feature is under-realized, but it seems to at least add a degree of difficulty by obscuring some customers (so you can't just memorize customers and cook on sight). Hope this gets some achievements soon.

I like the game a lot generally speaking, but the servers are a wasted mess. They don't add a thing to the game, other than not being able to tell what pasta to throw in the pot ahead of time, and they don't even had their IDENTICAL slip over instead of making you write a new one? Dumb.
