Under rating threshold (show) In 479 monthes (3 hours and 2 movies for me XD) I made the entire map fully upgraded banks, all 10 trophies, 100 workers, over 1 million dollars and counting, $343500 total rent, total value of $19240244

Under rating threshold (show) The basic design is okay, but it lacks any.. well, any point. You can make up your own - e.g. fill up every property with a fully upgraded bank. But that's not too fulfilling. There needs to be some end point where you win; otherwise it just turns out to be Whack a Mole (repairing all of your properties), but it doesn't speed up and there's nowhere to go from there.

Under rating threshold (show) What the hell is up with this city? The only buildings here are banks, all owned by the same company, all look exactly the same, except for facing different directions.

Under rating threshold (show) ima noob: Your strategy fails. The property will break and when broken properties don't earn rent. For anyone finding the game hard the fastest way to get to banks is to build a property, renovate it and sell it quickly and repeat on larger properties. I found the final upgrade on the one bedroom house isn't worth it in terms of material costs. Relying on rents takes way too long.

Under rating threshold (show) funny game but please auto repair things with idle workers !!! Also supplies are too expensive, and the return on investment looks the same in % whatever the building you are placing.

Under rating threshold (show) It needs a speed up button, and as a tip, rent your houses until you have all the upgrades, and then keep it until all the houses around it have the max upgrades for maximum profit.

Under rating threshold (show) Either a speed up button, or (and only if this is due to the game) make it so it doesn't stop if you go to another tab. Its a good game, but 3/5 for playability.

Under rating threshold (show) Welcome to Banktown! Seriously: Very nice idea, but rather terrible execution. Aside from repair being a chore more than a gameplay element(have me hire separate repairmen and deduct from my budget regulary, same "effect" and less annoying), it's basically all banks as optimum, mainly because there is no effect, e.g. having a school and police station nearby could increase land value, and the bank "draws" from the neighboring tiles value to determine it's rent, while not having value of it's own. There would have been plenty of options...build a cheap park to raise land value? or a prison that pays high rent but strongly lowers the value? Still, looking forward to the Sequel if it fixes those things.

Under rating threshold (show) Too much repairing or need of a repair all button.I mean do you really have to repair every house every 3 months of the game? Noted that when i destroy a broken "need repair" house and rebuild on it, my new house is broken and needs to be repaired.

Under rating threshold (show) Uhm, yeah. Save doesn't work. I played for an hour and refreshed the page to make sure that my progress was saved. It wasn't. 4/5 for the concept, 2/5 for the playability. If you aren't going to add a fast forward button, at least make sure that your continue button works.

Under rating threshold (show) For those of you that think this game is slow, let it be a lesson to you if you are ever going to rent. It takes 10 - 15 years for a landlord to make his money back from the initial investment in his property. Even after he makes his money back, he still has to buy materials and pay labor to make repairs. Landlords don't make the kind of money a lot of people think that they do. Add in the cost of insurance, property taxes and savings for future repairs, and a landlord doesn't start to profit until 15 - 20 years after he purchased the property... And that is assuming that the neighborhood hasn't turned ghetto by then. Pay your rent, and respect your landlords house. You may live there, but it isn't your house to do as you please in.
