started on leval 7 and just got bored ***to creater*** ( and some more stuff like more side views and make some unlokables like different kids of people more stores and adjust the income of some stores like the restruant you pay $40,000 and you only get $25 bucks out of it thats rediculase

Get to the point where you can upgrade a building. Get enough cash to build a new building. Select the new building to build, but don't select the location. Upgrade a building. Now select the build location. You can build while going negative.

And maybe a speedup button can be usefull. It takes like 1 minute for 1 guy to get out of the resaurant and then he goes to the Jewelry store and it just takes to long

For those looking for a strategy, I'm not going to type a whole bunch, but I think putting the restaraunt at the very beginning is a mistake. My first position is always the pet store and then the boutique. At level 2 the pet store can turn out the traffic fast enough to keep up with the flow of people, as can the boutique. At level 3 for both of them they can even handle the flow of the added bus stop. So everyone goes in, everyone pays.

Great game, always gets me anxious to see whether i will make it on the last turn. Lost a point due to the fact that it is, as has been mentioned, highly repetitive.
