when you have enough money to buy a new building, click on the building you want to buy. BEFORE placing the building, update another building.

I'm confused. Why do none of these "strategies" tell you to start with Pet in 7 with a newstand in front and then next wave a boutique in 6 with a bench in front. You max out both waves and get a free $2k. It's like they don't even know how to play.

Starter strategy: Build the Pet Store at position 7. Build a Newspaper Stand at position 7. Start day. All customers will spend all their money, and you will get a $1000 bonus. Build a Boutiqe at position 6. Let a few days pass, and build Pet Store level 2 as soon as you can (end of Day 4). Let more days pass, and build Boutique level 2 (end of day 6). Oh, and one suggestion would be to display the total money accumulated during a level so that you can compare one level to the next. And in addition to "Slow mode" and "Fast mode", how about a "Faster mode"? :D 5/5

I can't get enough of this game. Repetitive, yes, but in every level I get to tweak my strategy and improve upon it. Just finished level 7 almost a day early. :-/ 98% at the end of day 17.

if you click on icon to build a new store, you can click on other buildings to upgrade them before purchasing your store, you will go in the hole with money but you will be able to earn money much faster.
