How do I complete the "New Beginning" scenario? I've built the Machine, I've researched all Supercomputer upgrades, I have a population of 2000 with 99 happiness, and I've built every building in the game.

@howdidwegetthere wyh delete the exploration center afterwards? it will still produce knowledge which is a resource you NEED to unlock new stuff

In the era of supercomputers and teleportation technology, I did not expect a quarter of the population to be working as miners, but that's where my tower-city is at.

Tips for new players:
1.Get a large food farm early on
2.Get an exploration building up, and when all ruins have been explored, delete it.
3. Don't build Modern Rustic Homes. They have a really low capacity.
4.Set forests to destroy when you get access to unique buildings.
5.leave a column in the middle of your build for an elevator.
More may be added.

having trouble with the 2nd playthrough trying to keep rock supply up, slowly replacing mining buildings with rock teleporters, still enjoying the game

Why does the tutorial make me build a second mine, when at that point in the game I'm running low on wood? The extra building sits there unused for a very long time before I can spare the manpower to use it.

Is there an instruction manual somewhere? I click on ? and it tells me the next task but not how to achieve that task, I need knowledge and have no way to get it... so the game comes to a stand still for me. 2 stars

What is the "Interworld City" Scenario? I played this ages ago and built everything and now am obtaining resources for nothing... is the game bugged?

Okay, I love this game. The aesthetic is amazing, the way the game somewhat 'helps' you or reminds you about things, and how it feels so good to complete and play the game. I just have a concern though. All my people die too quickly. I have a bunch of food, high happiness ratings, and nobody is on the streets, but somehow my population is slowly dying. Now about 35% of my population are kids (meaning they can't work), and the other 65% can work, but I don't have enough people for the rest. I just hope you'd make population later in the game easier because I'm pretty sure nobody else is coming to my place. (I might be wrong about this because there might be something wrong, but I can't figure out what (if there is something)).

I thoroughly enjoyed this game, I was sad to reach the very endgame. I feel like there should be a badge for getting to 100 happiness.

How in the world do I gain 1000 knowledge in a day? The only non-unique knowledge building is the exploration center and they are so SLOW to produce knowledge.

Just got Secret Society of the Key. Gonna love doing the quests. Hopefully they don't just give the satisfaction of completing them, I need moar resources.

I think I found the problem. The bottom-most island has a landing pad, but nobody has used it in weeks. I don't understand why...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm having the same problem as Vande. I have seven landing pads, one on each island, and still have six homeless people despite having eight empty homes.

hi! great game, i really enjoyed it, but i encountered a few glitches (i think?). the first one is that the game had stated that i had 58 homeless people, despite my buildings having at least 200 available spaces for them. the other glitch is that i have quite a lot of indoor farms, and i had set the priority very high to about 200+ compared to all the other buildings which had about only 20 or so? but for some reason, the number of people working in the farms stayed at around 50, while the number of people working in the other buildings stayed above their priority number despite the farms demanding of a higher priority, and my population basically just ran out of food at that point lol. am i perhaps doing something wrong or did i encounter a glitch?
Hi! Thanks for your report! This both really looks like your city may not have been connected at some point. Could that maybe be the case? (so, there were some citizens on one world and some on another, without a way to travel between them)

Hey, it's actually a great game! Too bad the ratings will dent a bit soon. I heard this game will be in the Best of 2019 Quest. So a bunch of people who don't even like the genre will flock here to get the badge for the quest and 1 star the game, because they didn't like it, or because it took longer than 2 minutes to get the badge or something like that. It's a great game though. I give you 5 stars, but not to balance things out, but because this game deserves 5 stars. Cheers!

Kongregate won't let me edit comments so here's another: Citizens should automatically move into houses as close as they can to their jobs. It would be more realistic, seeing as how no one likes a long commute, as well as more efficient, since they can reach their jobs faster and work through the day instead of spending all of the daytime going to work. Just a thought, not sure if this would actually be feasible, but maybe?
Thanks for your comments! They do, actually! When citizens get a job, they choose the house nearest to it that has space. However, right now citizens don't relocate if a closer house becomes available later. I could maybe do that later, although it might be a bit complicated as I want to ensure the game doesn't lag too much.

I love this game! Lost my save somehow but honestly don't care because I know I'm going to have just as much fun replaying it all over again.
