I can get a consistent blackscreen after a defense mission where the zombies attack the outpost in the first area. The next mission after that blackscreens.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not sure if this is only me, but I have to refresh after every mission as the next mission won't load at all whatsoever. Nothing big, still pretty annoying though.

my game seems to crash whenever I enter the WEstside area, has this ! always appearing, is this about the browser I'm using?

How am I supposed to kill 150 things in The Massacre when during the whole seven minutes only 90-100 things spawn? Literally killed everything on the screen, nowhere close to being 150 monsters.

and it happend again on the retry... maybe it helps that i only have a lvl 1 outpost with a cannon, but the boss just runs past the wall and hits from the sandbag area
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
heres a bug a boss went inside the wall then just bashed my outpost and i was unable to hit him, as he was standing inside the "gate"

Can you add a button to skip the animations in the beginning until you solve the blackscreen problems? Right now I'm not sure you want to advertise who you are each time the game bugs out every 2-3 missions.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think i noticed something with black screen... it mostly happens with area full of mutants and zombies if it over 50% it freezes.. something with zombie allocation. I will try to secure all areas and will check :P
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
very buggy. Lots of black screens and sometimes a money counter problem. Also. why would a unit-type like builder disappear after use? and how about adding the option to upgrade your soldiers to carry weapons from the armory?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Looking at the inspectors they all seem to be inspired by famous actor so i'll just name em (some of em idk)
Samuel L. Jackson
Vin Diesel
The Rock
aaaaand some other 3 i barely know

The pacing has taken several steps back compared to previous installments. Most of the economy "upgrades" won't become profitable over the course of the entire game (upgrading a factory from +50/day to +100/day costs an engineer (= -150/day) and 6000 cash. Even if you ignore the lost engineer, it'd take 120 days to make that investment back). I do like that there's more stuff to upgrade, but most of those new options are pointless.

Make citizens trainable for other jobs, Like small requirements for builder, medium for soldier and alot for engineers.
Allow you to direct your militia to the gun nests in your optpost.
Give you the option to have the people following you in a mission stay put as we can do with the militia.
Where is our chainsaw? We need a good meele weapon.
Have a way to recruit people. Like make an engineer build a CD radio and send messages out to invite people (builders, engineers, etc) to the area which you can recruit while rambling.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A way to get new recruits:
If you let the danger level get high enough on your zones and then take direct action you will often get the chance to recruit new soldiers and engineers

i was signed in, the game crashed, and all my progress was lost. what is the point of signing in, and what is the point of three slots for local saves if all is lost? this has happened twice.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Delthin Yeah.. you're right. Kinda stupid of me, considering I played the previous ones where it has been the same deal. Realized it again when I got the Inspector for it. Thanks for the heads up though!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
no advance compared to the previous instalments. Moreover, using *exactly* the same sprites from the medieval decision (orcs? mutants!) its ridicolous. boring
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Dear FlyAnvil how about this;
Go to the Resevation camp A and speak with the Inspector and let him allow you to "trade" in some hirelings as in:
3 Soldiers = 1 Ranger, 3 rangers = 1 captain.
3 Civilians = 1 Builder, 3 Builders = 1 Engineer.
Of course this is from all the hirelings from all the resevation camps. how about that ?

Feeble weapons that improve only marginally with experience? Check. Poison doesn't even work half the time (it actually gave you a fighting chance when there were 25 bone-crushing enemies attacking at once, and we can't have THAT, can we?)? Check. Recruits getting inconveniently killed a lot? Check. Starts out fairly reasonable, then makes you fail and fail and fail and fail when you get to the northeast? Oh yeah. This is a series that made all the wrong choices, listened to all the wrong people, believed all the wrong things, and what we're left with is an unplayable, hideous, nightmarish, hardcored-to-oblivion hellish mess. I saw Bloons, another not fantastic but still mostly enjoyable series, suffer the same fate. How many more times is this going to happen? 1/5

4. Allies are ludicrously underpowered, making the training stages a pain and the latter ones pretty much impossible. 5. Outpost missions *also* become impossible near the end (the enemies swarm the structure and smash it to pieces no matter what you have) making it just about impossible to keep the danger level down. 6. A problem I'm seeing disturbingly often lately, powerups being way, WAY too weak, especially for what you're paying for them. There should be a point where you can kick butt and take names, and this never comes close to happening here. 7. Most damningly, the programmers took every possible effort to take ALL THE FUN out of it. Seriously, there must have been someone who specifically went through the past games and made every effort to wipe out every last speck of everything even marginally enjoyable. [cotd.]

Oh, you want specifics? Fine. 1. TOO HARD. Between wolves that can jump 300 feet, bosses that take hundreds of shots, *normal* enemies as durable as tanks, enemies with way too much firepower, and how ridiculously easy it is to have structures demolished on later levels, this is a game that demands about ten times as much as it should. Hint: Easy means *easy*. If you need a "nearly impossible" level, make it second from the top and *give something to the players who aren't utter degenerates*. 2. Different types of manpower required for different upgrades, each of which is found more or less at random. Utterly brain-dead idea. This never in a thousand years needed to be implemented. Don't even get me started on limitations and having to juggle between camp and the field. 3. Constantly short on cash, particularly since factories now deliver chump change, making it super-hard to get even the marginally fun stuff. [cotd.]

This is... just plain unbelievable. I am simply dumbfounded that this game happened. I cannot remember another Kongregate game that managed to get *every single thing* wrong. This is a colossal, catastrophic failure on every level. Every action, ever detail, every level, every system, every concept went horribly, horribly wrong. Believe me, I tried finding some good in this. I remember how addicting the previous Decision games were, even if they weren't particularly great. I tried to finish. I tried to see the point where, hey, this is fun! Hey, this is good! Never happened. Playing this is utter masochism, top to botom, start to finish. [cotd.]

you know from the first decision i was in love. But....i think the crush is over. I dont feel the draw for this game anymore like i used to. it repeats the same format from the previous games just adding in other people to make use of for gaining material or money. sure some interesting weapons i guess but, it feels like a chore now to run around the map and collect money. maybe i just loved to hard. or maybe its too much of a good thing. or maybe nothing has really changed to make me want to come back.

oh look a crowd of Zombies!!! I must need to keep my distance.... *then the character just suddenly run towards them* AWWWW MISSION FAILED!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Spotted a bug for you: I'm protecting a factory and a roamer slowly made its way through the factory wall (not the exit/walkway) and eventually crossed the boundry and took fire from me

AwesomeGame, I love this series. I have one small thing for you that would help save my sanity! (lol) When hovering over people to talk the screen still moves around with the slightest mouse movement. I would suggest that when hovered over a NPC and the talk symbol appears, disable the screen motion so that its easier to click and hover over the NPCs

Hmmm, I'm 100 days in and it won't let me recon the 4th area. It just WILL NOT load. Annoyed much? ...you betcha >:( Please fix it as I was really enjoying the game.
