Started off good, but the upgrades...man they are not good by any stretch. Trying to go back and get 3 stars for upgrades that dont help much is annoying. Shame, game started off really good.

Seems good, but too laggy on my computer. Graphic option to lessen the resolution/animations would be great, or even some coding weird magic to reduce lag (I don't know a lot xD)

Nice game but did you need to make the loading screen as nauseating as possible?
When I stare at it I feel like I just ate some old meat or something and get all woozy and dizzy and sick.
So if you could patch that, it would be great. I love the game but I feel like my experience would be better if I wasn't wretching in the bathroom thanks byeeeeee ~~

hmmm... Heres a Guide for level 11! start off like usual, Harvesters and raising your income. but when the troops get to the Red Queen, spawn the Anti-Air Bombers right as they statr atttacking her. the Bombers should be right next to the Red Queen, because as the Queen starts spawning new enemy type, the Bombers will automatically fly up and destroy them. when the upgraded Spitters come in large groups, send in the Air Bombers, but not all at once, because they might target the same Spitter and deal not so many damage. Reapet until sucess. (i didint test this strategy, but it might succed)

There should be some sort of endless mode in the challenges where there is no enemy queen, but enemies just come from the right in ever increasing numbers and you have to defend yourself. It would maybe keep track of how many you killed or something like that.

Why telling us that we can move the screen with A & D when we can't and that the screen move even when we don't want to or on the contrary don't move when we want to?

There needs to be an ingame bestiary.
...I really want to play this 2 player with my friends, but I suppose that might be too much to ask..

Holy shit, dat level 15. So many different combos and nothing worked. In the end it was all about the basic shooters. The upgraded shooters miss like morons, but not the basic ones. Spammed those, didn't even level my harvesters, and it was easy.

Please make Level 15 easier, Ive been trying to beat the level with alot of stratgies, please make it easier.
Thanks :D I also plan on buying the steam verison on steam.

For 3 stars on level 9 (normal as well as hard) start with 5-6 Harvesters, research Storm squids and time your abilities just right - turn the worm to you side with the bomb, lure 2 or 3 of your squids past the wall and take care of the bombers by timing you squid production and using your spit.

A pretty great game, the graphics are really good too, overall very enjoyable, I hope to see more games like this in the future.

Just swarm Spitters -- a tad expensive to research, but cheaper than the blade maggots. And hey hit flying things, too! At least, as far as I've gotten, this works well. Maybe swarm something else on later levels.

I liked this game, but at a point where it is so frustrating I hate it and I'm not playing anymore. The power balance is just too uneven on the "normal" level.

okay, I have changed my opinion. 1/5 for level 21 being intentionally the most obnoxious thing in gaming. Brought to you by the fine devs at 4chan apparently.

Really awesome until level 16, which you can probably only beat using absolutely exactly and flawless sequence of builds.

My problem with level 15 on hard was that the enemy kept killing more stuff than me. The strategy that worked was getting all income and war upgrades, +maggot party to buy time, ramping up to maximum nectar income fast, then just building nothing but tanks. It took forever, the enemy bio-nuke really slows things down, but I ground through eventually and got three stars.

I love this game. It's like a big game of rock paper scissors, deciding things like: Okay, my enemy has a ton of blade maggots and skitterbugs, I should use those floating jellyfish. I also love the jokes. 10/10 great game.

The game feels nice and smooth. Once you mastered the gameplay, new units are added and you can work on strategies. But the dialogues are a bit tedious and level 15 feels like running into a wall. The difficulty suddenly jumps up beyond expectation.

Level 15 is really messed up. The opponent can spawn units faster than us, they move faster than ours, are stronger, and attack faster. What are we supposed to do? I'm all for a challenge, but bending the rules isn't one.
The enemy only has ranged minions and tier-1 melee in that level. (But level 15 is one of the more complained-about levels, so maybe the enemy's limitations aren't obvious enough.)

I took a look at the high scores tab and it says I have 15 wins. I have beaten every level (on hard), except the ones that require buying the premium version, and that's a lot more than 15.
What is this stat tracking?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There is a ceiling on harvesters because otherwise people would be able to get pretty much infinite nectar per second, I don't think the AI would have any way to counter that and it would make the game trivial. If it used that strategy too, then the game would not be fun any longer.. ceiling is OK, perhaps a challenge without ceiling would be cool

Got it. Spitters, mini-bombers, and extra attention to neurotoxin and nuke timing. I had a medium sized group of spitters reach the queen and a 3-4 mini-bombers running when Red Queen nuked and released a big swarm. After a brief wait for the swarm to cross the field, a return nuke set up the victory.
