Was very nice to play, difficulty all right in the first levels but the mortars rules !
Great refs to others games.
4/5, thanks for the game

@Jigokuro You are just not good at all at this game. First few levels you can just rearrange the gunners and just get all gunners. Two gunners can kill off the rolling enemies. Or you can with a flamethrower but you must arrange the flamethrower only to the fast enemies. Of course if you're stupid enough not to do any upgrades then...thats just plain stupid and you just suck not the game.

@jimmy It could be, but it could also be from Fallout, or any other number of places, its quite a common term in postapocolyptic or military sci fi

The fast units often can't be killed before they hit in fir few levels. A flame thrower damage doesn't happen fast enough to effect them half the time, and just gunners don't do enough damage. 1/5

Well I liked the game. Even the fallout references. (Mini-Nuke, Stimpack, Teslas, and I'm sure more.) Good graphics. I think the roll robots come a little too early and the game gets way way to easy after you have upgraded mortars. 3/5

Awesome graphics, nice game. A bit too easy, after you get the mortars. Not much of strategy, but still a pleasant game.

too easy i think. with fully upgraded gunners and mortors all you have to do is sit back and watch... i would like to see some level trees. each unit could get different attributes mabey...

eh, not much strategy here. good graphics, but all you have to do is use the firerat and keep upgrading them to beat the game. again, no real strategy at all.

Decent game. Calling it "hardcore strategy" is a bit of an exaggeration, though. The strategy is basically to survive a few missions until the good units are available, then upgrade them. Moving units to different sides of a little square is not really strategy. It looks like you might have been going for combined arms, but the Sniper and Mortar are too superior. Also, the limited unit count and spaces limits the value of combined arms. Unit upgrades only proved improvement rather than specialization. Separate slots for fighters and support units in addition to specialization upgrade paths would help.
Allowing drops to be obscured by the lower-right buttons is sloppy.

The concept is great, The executioning of it could use a bit of work. Maybe lower the difficulty a tad? Either way, nice game!

Kinda sucks that you can't switch units in-game...I had 3 gunners/1 firebat (t.t) on level 2, and 3 scarabs murdered me

I would give this game a 5 if it wasn't for 2 things, 1 being the scarabs not being killed by flamers (seriously why would you put up a fast kamakazi enemy against short ranged unit?) and the second is that sometimes the units don't switch places, you have to click twice leading to very unpleasant situations.
so this gets a 2/5
