Man this game is hard, i cant get past the ship boss in sidney.... He gets half my health in a instant and there are so much bullets that avoiding is almost pointless....

I think it would've been better had there been less frequent upgrades. Anyway, if for some reason you're finding it hard... just focus on leveling up your weapon (I personally like the 3 blue lasers+blue lightning) and actually use your bombs against the bosses, you'll get enough every level lol

Not to be a dick, but this is plenty easy. I'm not good at these games and there are lots of other top-downs on Kong that are much harder than this game.
THis was fun, though. The fairly long upgrade tree is nice, although even with 10 levels of weaponry, it fills up fast. The two-weapon combo is fun, too.

i can understand why some people think its hard, i lost at it like 5 times didn't play it for like a month, and now i just beat it without dying. Really fun 5/5

Good things about this game: Two kinds of weapons that can work together, you can actually dodge the bullets, upgrade weapons, has bosses, a plot that actually makes sense, better than the arcade, lots of enemies and its has pretty good graphics actually
Bad things: Too easy, not enough levels, cant pause after a level to buy stuff or upgrade, no money, dumb title page
All in all: 4.5/5 but u can't so i round up to 5

First of all, it is possible to maneuver through the bullets. I would prefer less power ups rather than more, as I have never liked it when they mutate. But really great game imo. 4.5/5

This game is a disgrace to all of the other games like it. There needs to be WAY more powerups, and either the plane has to be smaller or the bullets have to be smaller because there is NO way to get the plane through the bullets.

Even the lack of mute turns me off of this game, but it was a good effort went TOTALLY wrong. Seeing as this was made early 2007, or at least uploaded then, give them a little bit of a break. 2/5

I really like games like these and that's exactly why I can't approve of this one. You can't mix the amount of bullets from a modern shooter with the huge, ship-sized hitbox of a retro shooter. This game is a waste of creativity - there are some nice bullet patterns in there, but you have to circle around them because the space in between the bullets is smaller than the hitbox. So they could as well shot oversized grey bricks and it would play identically.
Still a nice effort for a flash game. 2/5

Horrible game.
Graphically not very good, didn't like the google maps for the backgrounds, but an interesting idea.
Glad there were only six levels I don't think I could have taken anymore...
Very irritating to have to start over when you die, seeing as the game is very unforgiving in the first place. It relies on you getting a high level upgrade and keeping it. Basically if you die once past the first 2 stages then your dead period, making lives pretty pointless. Continues would have been a better idea so you can start from the beginning of the level you died on.
1/5 (almost gave a 2, but I pretty much hated it (even though it's not a terrible game))

Um....go for the rocket power-up, since they don't cost power unless you use lock-on. Upgrade, destroy, and you should win.
